Extremely disappointed with how we were treated. We have visited this trampoline park before, and I have previously been allowed to supervise my son in the trampoline area even though he is older than the posted age limit of 2. Staff knew his age and never indicated there was an issue.
This visit, however, an employee suddenly decided it was a problem and asked me to leave the area. I understand businesses have policies, but enforcing them inconsistently and then refusing any accommodation or refund is poor customer service. Had this policy been enforced consistently during our previous visits, I would have known the rules and planned accordingly.
I wasn't trying to jump or use the attractions myself. I simply wanted to supervise my son. I even offered to purchase the required socks and comply with their rules, but that was refused as well.
To make matters worse, I was planning to purchase an additional two hours for my children to continue playing. Instead, they would rather lose that business and a returning customer than allow a parent to simply supervise their child.
I spoke with the manager, Lindsay, and was told that because the policy is posted, her boss would never approve a refund. The issue isn't that the policy exists--it's the inconsistent enforcement, lack of flexibility, and complete unwillingness to work with a paying customer.
Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression and has made me seriously reconsider returning in the future. read more
