Nikki and her team put on a fantastic company picnic for us. This was our third event and it was by far the easiest one for me to coordinate. She took care of practically everything! Their food was delicious, the drink dispensers were always full and the area kept clean. The DJ/emcees, Mark and Randy, were hilarious and able to engage many of our employees to participate in the games. Everyone said they had a great time, and that it was our best event so far. We will definitely be hiring Event Solutions for our next company picnic. Thank you, Nikki! read more

We had a fantastic time working with Nikki from Event Solutions to plan our corporate event, which was a "Summer Picnic" in Golden Gate Park. From sourcing vendors, to thinking through different locations and games / activities, to preparing for all the day-of logistics, Nikki was a true partner, and we were incredibly happy with Event Solutions' work: everything ran smoothly and all of our guests had an amazing time. Working with the event solutions team was a dream! Nikki was our event planner and she was professional, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and made sure our event went off without a hitch. She was an all around rockstar! She was point of contact for all vendors, was with us from beginning to end ( including carrying boxes, breaking down, and clearing up the venue after the event!) We had a 300 person corporate party that was planned in less than 5 weeks. I went into this somewhat blind (not having a lot of experience planning massive parties) and I felt so comfortable from the initial call, and through the entire process. All the vendors Nikki works with are incredible too! Highly recommend Event Solutions for your next party / event ! read more

I am typically the one that plans all of our company events and I will say this is one event that I was able to sit back and enjoy. Event Solutions literally took care of EVERYTHING. I asked the day before what time I needed to be there and what I needed to bring? I was told by my senior event planner, Nikki Yep that everything has been taken care of and all I needed to do was sit back and enjoy the event, which I did! Thank you Nikki and Event Solutions for your professionalism, can do attitude and prompt attention to my requests. I will definitely be calling you in the future and I have already passed on all your information to others. Tiffany Duffy read more

After starting a new job in March and working on my first big event there in April, I was delighted to meet Nikki and partner with her. She was always available to answer questions as we prepared for a large internal company meeting, helping with logistical questions and just being an all-around rock star. She was cool under pressure and really made the process so pleasant. Even after the event, she answered questions quickly for us and continued to be a great partner. I've worked on a lot of events in the past, and a great event lead really makes all the difference. I hope to work with Nikki again soon! read more

You should definitely choose Event Solutions to plan your next event! They customize many different types of events at varying price points. They work with you to plan a great itinerary of activities depending on your event's needs and/or theme! I worked with them for a company picnic and company party (at the Aquarium!) and I was so impressed by their level of fun, professionalism and service. No detail went overlooked! They also had so many amazing activities for kids! The events I attended had inflatable slides and moon bouncers and the constantly popular Arts and Crafts table. For the aquarium event, the crafts matched the underwater theme and they had a submarine photo booth! Everyone that helped plan, as well as the on-site staff, were polite and respectful. All I can say is, if I had a company event--I would trust it in the hands of this team! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Nikki and the rest of her amazing team from Event Solutions this past June. Nikki was very professional and was always available to handle any of my questions and concerns. We had a new office opening celebration and a brand launch which was super challenging to execute. Nikki listened to all my ideas and worked with me to transform our traditional office space into a fantastic LA themed multi-cultural event. To add to the challenge I got injured a few hours before the event and she and her team stepped right in to make sure my vision was executed as planned so I didn't have to worry. Everyone raved about the event afterwards. I would definitely recommend Event Solutions for any special event planning. They are the best! read more

I hosted a Celebration of Life party at my home and Nikki did a great job coordinating the event. Even though it was probably a smaller event than their usual affairs, I never felt neglected. Nikki was quick to respond whenever I had a question. They provided a variety of fabulous sandwiches and a salad for 40 people, and many of the guests wanted to know who the caterer was. Oscar figured out a great set up for all the platters in the limited amount of space and regularly made sure all the dirty dishes were removed. Event Solutions made it very easy for me on a challenging day. read more

The best event planning company around! I was able to witness first hand their attention to detail. The location, food, dj, host, theme, photo booth and other vendors were amazing! What an exceptional company. We attend a number of corporate galas and themed large-scale events -- and this was a stand-out! The art design of the event had such a wow-factor, making such an impressive first view. So many inventive details, from a variety of performers to really clever food stations (but we won't give away their secrets!). The coordinator, Nikki Yep, made all the elements come together effortlessly, which is no small feat. She has a wonderfully cool 'can-do' demeanor, unlike so many frantic event coordinators. Top marks for Nikki and Event Solutions - you won't do better. read more

Please don't take the tardiness of this review as any indication of their quality!! Life is super busy and I am just getting around to this now. I was given the task to plan a holiday party back in December for a couple hundred people. Event Solutions was pretty instrumental in making everything go smoothly. My favorite part by far was the food! We had a buffet-style event with a fresh carving station - a great option for crowds and meat-lovers! Turkey, tri-tip, chicken, and more. The lighting and décor was perfect too, not overdone but nothing missing, either. If you are wanting to host a holiday party for your company, or any party for that matter, go to these guys! You can actually enjoy the party the day of the event! read more
