After our first meeting, we both had a great feeling about Susan and hired her as our wedding planner. Since then, she has been there to help and guide us along the way. Fast forward to 2020: the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Unfortunately, about two months before our wedding date, we decided to postpone it and elope this year instead. She took care of every single detail. She communicated with all our vendors, moved everything from our original wedding date to the new one in 2021, and promptly started working on the details for our elopement day. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. From our initial call with Grace, it was clear she understood our vision and she had this calm (almost Zen-like) confidence about her that made us feel heard, cared for, and like she's the type to be on top of her stuff and get sh*t done to make our wedding our best day ever. Grace suggested partial planning with us which helped us save some $$ without compromising any thing. Grace handled EVERYTHING, from venue coordination, food, drinks, logistics, rentals, linens, signage, party favors, website details, photography, videography, florals, hair and makeup and even helping secure approvals with the fire marshal for real candles and full drapery. Every vendor she recommended was incredible and together they created the absolute dream team. We had countless calls and probably millions of text messages from me, especially as a Type A bride, and Grace was patient, responsive, organized and always one step ahead.
