Brandi was able to take my order, and even though her internet was down preventing me from paying (I'm in AZ), she made a beautiful arrangement and even sent me several pictures building my confidence that I picked the right florist. She was able to take my payment using another method (after she made the arrangement, talk about trust) and had the order DELIVERED in just over an hour from beginning to end!!!!
