He provided clear, candid, and transparent responses to all my questions, which was very reassuring. He did a video walk through with me and pointed out minor issues that I would not have seen. He was exceedingly transparent and wanted to make sure my experience was positive. This from a dealer knowing I am several states away and so unlikely to return. He wanted to do the right thing for the right reasons. I would highly recommend Mike without any reservations.

We recently bought an RV from Keith Palmer at Bob Ledford's Adventure Motorhomes. The experience…read morewas great. Due to the economic shutdown associated with Covid, there were numerous problems with even seeing an RV like we wanted. Keith found one and got us in to see it. He was great to work with in selecting the equipment we wanted, as well as working with a price for the unit. The same great attitude was present with several people we came in contact with. The finance guy was super easy to work with. No nonsense. On one occasion we stopped by and a saleswoman took us through our newly arrived RV even though it was pouring rain outside. We spent several hours with a technical guy who went over all the details of the vehicle... They did an excellent job in prepping the coach for us. As we picked up the vehicle, we also did some shopping in their in store shop. There are a number of things that you need before heading out and these guys have several choices of each... Very convenient. We have had it out once and have a very few items that need adjusting. They have set up an appointment to drop it by and have all the bugs fixed.

After using the trailer for a year, we decided we liked the RVing experience and wanted to upgrade to a larger unit. I contacted Adventure world to see what might be available. Mike informed me that Benji was now in the service department, but he would be happy to assist us. That was on Monday 14th. We communicated via text until Thursday 17th when he finally ask me whated for our trade. I sent him pictures and figured since we bought it there, 15%-20% less than what we paid for it is what I asked for. That was at 8:11am Thursday morning. Today is now Monday,1week later and still haven't heard from him or anyone at Adventure Motorhome. Mike and them have totally ghosted us.

At somepoint they will be taking over all the space at their current location which will allow for more inventory. My wife hadn't had a lot of boating experience and this was our first boat so it was a real gamble to commit this much money but we took the plunge and had a bunch of 'newbie' issues trailering, at the launch, docking, pulling out of winter storage, etc. and she has been ready to sell it several times but every time I've called the shop Tommy (or occasionally another shop person) has been INCREDIBLY patient and helpful and there have been a few little things that they have fixed, corrected, or helped us figure out without any judgement or questions. I would DEFINITELY encourage anyone to purchase a boat from them!
