Based on that, I drove across town planning to purchase it. When I arrived, she again said it was $5,995. Then a man stepped in and said it was $6,000 -- no big deal, it's just a $5 difference. However, she kept pushing to print an invoice when I repeatedly told her I only needed a receipt. Her attitude quickly became rude and unprofessional. Still, I decided to move forward. Since they couldn't deliver until the following week, I left to get a trailer so I could pick it up myself. Once I got home, I looked at the invoice -- and the price was suddenly $6,800. I messaged to ask if there had been a mistake. Instead of a clarification, I received a conference call from both employees that felt more like a verbal attack than a response. They were angry, defensive, and completely unprofessional. Hands down, one of the rudest business experiences I've had. I took my money to a competitor and purchased a cart there -- with better service and no surprises.
