I ordered balloons for the following day, but when I arrived they weren't ready. I was fine to wait and the workers were nice. We had issues with the Mylar balloon I chose, but the true reason for the low rating is that not even 48 hours after picking the balloons up they are not floating at all. I feel like when I used to buy balloons they would last for like a week! I don't know if it has to do with the helium shortage or if zurchers is cutting theirs with something else to save money. I guess long story short this is a good place for most party supplies, just don't buy latex balloons and have them filled up here.

Based on how smooth the whole planning process went, I had pretty high expectations for the day of my wedding - but EVERYTHING exceeded anything that I had anticipated. My husband teases me because my eyes lit up on our first call with Michelle the second she whipped out her color coded spreadsheet and started to explain her process. Boy did they not disappoint. I told so many people that I wished that Heather, our Executive Planner, planned more things in my life. Monthly calls with her for the two years leading up to the wedding were the highlight of the month. She could not have been more responsive or done a better job of keeping us on track. It was particularly reassuring to know that we were in good hands given that we were planning this wedding from afar. It was so helpful to have her team recommend pre-vetted vendors so all we needed to do was review their websites and have a quick chat (and of course we loved all their recommendations). Michelle was the one with the artistic vision who did all the gorgeous design work. Let me tell you, this wasn't just a few "vision board" photos. This was a 60+ page design document complete with suggestions for invitations to floral to drinks that matched! Then she and the team brought it to life. The wedding itself was an absolutely dream, above and beyond what we'd hoped, but that also wasn't a surprise because we'd known all along that we were in the best hands. Everyone commented on how relaxed I was on the day of the wedding, but that was because I trusted Heather and the team with 100% confidence and they did not disappoint. My mother-in-law now wants to be Heather's assistant! Boy are we going to miss working with this team.
