My only gripe is the website stated, "An Evening in Paris...Treat your special Sweetheart to a romantic "Evening in Paris". Enjoy a glass of champagne and nibble on chocolate while you relax in our party room with your special Sweetheart." (http://www.escapecountdown.com/6525-s-tamiami-trail-sarasota-fl-34231/) ----- this page is #2 in the Google search for "Sarasota Escape Room". When I inquired about this, the young woman said, "Oh, does it still say that? That was only for Valentine's Day. We keep telling our web guy to take it down but he doesn't." Looking at the site again, it appears that description is on a page that is no longer included on the main site, but is still an active page showing up in searches. So, just delete the page? Regardless, we came in with expectations that were not met. Overall, it was fun but as this and other reviews indicate, there are some management/customer service issues that need to be ironed out to provide a flawless experience.

If you're in Sarasota area and looking for a fun, interactive experience, I highly recommend trying out an escape room - you won't regret it. My nephew and son are two bright men and I wouldn't have gotten through the game without both of them. We worked real well as a team. Bathrooms were clean as was the building. I love that they have puzzles on the tables while you are waiting to use a room. They had over 10 rooms to choose from. Can't wait to go back again.

What an awesome experience!…read more This was my first escape room, and Escape Bradenton has officially gotten me hooked. We attended for a birthday as a group and took advantage of a Groupon so as to limit players to the 5 of us. We attempted "Crucifixus" - wow! I'm being cautious not to give any spoilers here, but this room was incredibly challenging and required your wits as well as your courage. Various stages tested our resolve, and each player was forced to bring something to the table at critical points for us to be successful. Open communication and teamwork paid off - we made it out in 50 minutes and in time for a successful escape! I'm excited to try their other rooms soon. This is a bit pricey per person for an hour of entertainment, but when you look at what goes into each puzzle room you can understand the price point. A savvy shopper will drive cost down with coupon / Groupon offers as well.
