We solved the case!!!…read more My son wanted to do an escape room for his birthday. I called up some friends and we signed up for Murder on the Manatee. Not sure how we pulled it off with two 11 year olds and a 9 year old running around and touching everything, but we did it. The kids had the best time and were begging to go back to try another room before we even left the building. This place will be a regular for school breaks and fun activities.

It was a super fun experience and had all kinds of cool puzzles for us to solve. We had to get help from the game-master but they let us struggle before giving us clues... We made our reservations, not knowing that it was a scare room called the basement as well LOL. Let me just say HAMBONE is the man and will not disappoint! What a rush! it's about like hunting rabbit you have to be very, very quiet and fast LOL. They have a great introduction that tells you about the different locks and puzzles you will be dealing with in the room and further instructions after entering it. The game is very exciting and will not disappoint. This was one of the best nights I've ever had.

We first did the lost city and we finished before time was up. We had so much fun we decided to try the hardest Mona room. We finished with 12 mins to spare. The rooms were awesome. We had such a good time figuring out the clues. Mona was definitely a lot harder we actually asked for a hint. But when you finish you really feel like you've accomplished something. My nephew and son are two bright men and I wouldn't have gotten through the game without both of them. We worked real well as a team. Bathrooms were clean as was the building. I love that they have puzzles on the tables while you are waiting to use a room. They had over 10 rooms to choose from. Can't wait to go back again.

There is also a parent watch area you can stand in inside the laser area which is also cool. We'll be back. I'd love to see your his place improve over time.

The boat was smaller than other dolphin tour boats and he was able to maneuver so that we got an up close view of the dolphins hunting. Later, he was able to entice the dolphins to jump in the boats wake. We even saw a tiny baby! After the dolphins, we went to some sandbars to find and hold conch, crabs, and live sand dollars. Lastly, we stopped by shell beach. Throughout the trip, Bam pointed out local favorites for beaches and dining. He also answered all of our questions about the animals in the area. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Great trip, everyone loved it. Thanks Captain Bam!

There were children younger and older than him, all thoroughly enjoying themselves. The check in staff were very friendly. We bought a small package for while we're in town and thought the price was fair. They have lots of different areas: toddler/infants (play kitchens, small toys, blocks, etc), art (including smocks), calming room (if it's too much stimulation) and LOTS of gross motor skill activities (exercise equipment, trampoline, rock climbing wall, zip line, swings, etc). The whole gym as foam floors and there are foam pits under larger things (zip line, jungle gym, rock wall, etc). Everything seemed clean, bathrooms were clean too! There's also a large party room... what a great place for a party. They are inclusive for all kids including neuro & physical diversities.

I am a certified school teacher, and have taught special ed in the past. I have worked with OTs for many of my students as well. It is so amazing to have all these sensory tools at your disposal at this playground. There are multiple types of swings, for toddlers and big kids alike. There is a rock climbing wall, and extremely safe, spring-less trampoline with yoga balls in it for play. There is also a zip line into a padded pit, and monkey bars with pads underneath, and tons of other activities. There is a toddler/baby area blocked off by a half wall, so they will not be overwhelmed by the activity in the main room. There are dramatic play toys there such as a kitchen, grocery store and baby dolls. My daughter surprisingly loved the car ramp! There are tons of other age appropriate toys there as well. The entire place is padded with the foam type of pads you would put underneath home workout gyms. There is a dimly lit calm down room, with a beautiful blue bubble wall, and jellyfish tent and headphones. My younger daughter is a little quieter and more cautious. She loved being there all by herself and had plenty of time to get acclimated to her surroundings. She was able to run freely around and feel confident. I would definitely recommend checking out the website to see everything that this place has to offer. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the creation of this indoor playspace, from a very educated perspective!

We got a king beach view room. Room needed to be updated BAD. They had set up a nice plate of cookies and chocolates for our honeymoon but the writing said happy anniversary. Not a huge deal we were happy they at least did something, champagne they gave us was nice. The room had a closet with a giant air conditioning unit inside of it that was constantly turning on and off and that's all you can hear. It was close enough to the bed that I wasn't gonna be able to sleep because of how loud it was. One of the lamps in the room didnt work, including an outlet. I understand things happen or fail, but when you're paying this amount of money to stay in a hotel like this, I expected better. What was the worst was when we went down to the pool. It was extremely crowded and there were TONS of kids. That being said nobody was controlling their kids at all. A group of children were kicking around a soccer ball aggressively and almost hit me and my husband multiple times. The kids were jumping up on the pool loungers and over the small tables in between that had full drinks on them. The staff watched and did not do a damn thing, some of the parents joined in and were kicking the ball as well thinking it was funny. It was an extreme liability not only for other people, but children running around a busy, wet pool deck is not something that should be happening. Other people were being blocked in and unable to walk to the beach access because these children were kicking this ball around and it was hitting multiple people. Everybody looked extremely irritated. The parents did not try to stop the kids from doing so and ended up hitting a woman in the head with the ball. After that, we tried to make it a place that we want to stay, but we ended up going to the front desk explaining how we felt and decided it was best we pack our stuff up and leave. We spent a total of maybe 3 hours at the resort. We found another resort down the road that was able to take us in such short notice. We still lost part of our deposit which sucked, even what they took wasnt worth the time we spent there. We understand that other people are staying there and we don't usually mind children if they're respectful and not acting like animals. But what was most aggravating was that the staff did nothing and also the parents. It put a huge dent into our evening. Will never go back.
