But since the summer the last three times it's been gradually getting worse. Yesterday I went for a wash. My car was pretty dirty. I drove through the Central Valley so there was a lot of bugs stuck to the front end of the car. I'm not surprised that some of the bugs didn't come off. There is about three to four people working on the car once it comes out of the wash. And they do spend quite a bit of time but they miss attention to detail. I chose the $45 car wash option which includes car wash, vacuum and wiping down the interior and tires. I added $30 service to have Armor All put on all of the interior vinyl. When I got in my car there was some of the Armor All solution left on the passenger seat and on my drivers floor mat. The windshield on the interior wasn't well cleaned. You can see some of the haze on the window on the passenger side. All of the vinyl area was not wiped down or treated with the Armor All. There was some areas on the exterior that didn't get washed, I could still see the dirt. I think for $75 there should be a little bit more attention to detail. I understand that costs are going up but they were not busy and there were 4 people working on the car. I don't think I will return.

I asked the cleaner if they clean the inside and the lady said yes. I showed her all the spots she missed, which she went, got the air hose and tried to blow it out. All she did was move the dirt around. The inside was not wipped down and neither were any of the floor mats or door panels. Dirt remained that could be ripped off with a finger. Do not go there.

i've been coming here for years. i feel like the price went up and quality of service went down…read more makes me sad because i adore this place. i prefer supporting small businesses and i love all of the animals they take care of. that's what keeps me coming back. i just got a service done this week and was a bit disappointed with the work done on the car. i had to leave in a hurry and upon further inspection, my windows were streaky, the inside was still slightly dusty, and it seemed like a rushed job. all in all, i love supporting this business but would like to see more consistency like i did years ago.

He walked me through what the process would involve and initially quoted just over $500. After I mentioned that was a bit outside my budget, he adjusted the price to $450 and explained clearly why he couldn't go lower given the labor involved. No pressure, just transparency. I dropped the car off at 8:15 AM and it was completed around 1 PM. When I returned, Perry again personally inspected the vehicle with me and showed me the results. The paint looks dramatically better -- smooth, uniform, and restored. The heavy spotting is gone and the finish has great clarity. What really impressed me was the integrity beyond the paint correction. Perry noticed uneven wear on my front right tire. Instead of trying to sell me new tires, he explained tire rotation intervals (about every 5,000 miles) and recommended simply swapping the rear right to the front right for now. Given that I replaced all four tires at the same time a few years ago, his recommendation made sense. They completed the swap in about 15 minutes for $39.99. No upselling. No scare tactics. Just practical advice. Overall, I left feeling that I was treated fairly, educated properly, and given honest service. That combination is rare. Highly recommend.

I did a touch-less wash so I didn't use the brush and I brought my own wax. They also have air and vacuums available. Lighting for at night too. I make the commute and meet his other brother Byron and his team and I asked to have the seats and floors professionally cleaned and for $400 he delivered, and even cleaned the engine area looks brand new again. I had to wait two sunny days for it to dry, but now I have my confidence and integrity back with the current state of my car. Thanks guys! Only one spot I forgot to mention to have cleaned, it was on the roof fabric above the driver side front seat, but I blame that on me honestly. Great job guys! Ya'll are my go-to for this kinda job! I am getting a Honda Civic 2015 detailed at this moment (9:56 AM 4/8/2026), and am waiting for the call to pick it up. They provide plastic seat covers that you can use to keep a layer between your clothes and the freshly shampoo'ed seats, and leave the windows cracked when the car is idle, and turn the windows all the way up (close it) during highway driving (to prevent messy debris flying into the freshly cleaned car). It took my 2015 Prius about 2 days to full dry, but I got lucky with two hot sunny days in a row. Not sure how long the Honda Civic will take to dry with potentially cloudy weather expected for the next few days. Will update ya'll in a second review for the Honda Civic.
