Both are professional and great at putting you at ease, because let's be honest, most of us don't look forward to our dental appointments. They are also very honest about treatment options and costs. I never feel like I'm being coerced into treatment I can't afford. All of the office staff are very friendly. I have nothing but good things to say about this office!

We are all "afraid" of the dentist for valid reasons...typically, it hurts and very uncomfortable, but I have great news, it doesn't at Georgetown Dental!! let me explain why. From the moment you walk in the doors you're welcomed by the most friendly staff you'll ever experience. They make you feel like they've known you forever and explain everything in great detail that leads to you actually understanding whats going on. Kelly is so fun and Nichole is very sweet and inviting. From there you're brought back to get your cleaning done by the most gentle hygienists you'll ever have do work on you. My hygienist is Gretchen and she is the sweetest gentlest hygienist I've ever had. We talk and laugh every time I come in for my cleanings which makes me feel very comfortable. I'm not one to floss regularly so when it comes to getting that done it always hurts and leaves my mouth sore but not here. I can't hardly even tell they are flossing because of how careful and gentle they are! when it comes to the scary metal tools that hurt your gums, say goodbye because they use the most advanced technology that replaces the harsh tools and allows you to get even better cleaning done without the pain. The Doctors are very kind and explain everything to you and do not push any kind of treatment. The best part is they are fast and efficient so you're never waiting in your chair for them to come see you. My doctor is Doctor Z and I would highly recommend her!

The dentist changed his mind 2 times on the treatment. First he says I need a root canal and crown then he decides he can just fill it. HE DIDNT drill out the decay first! Just put the permanent filling over the decay. I'm reporting him to the dental board. (took 5 min to do) fast forward 6 months later and not only did the filling fall out a huge chunk of my tooth broke off. He went with the lazy route. Also, the back office dental assistant is rude as heck and was arguing with me about my teeth. She also rudely demanded I pay for a crown up front. I had already discussed payment with the office. It was very unprofessional and not her place to discuss money like that. Especially not in a demanding tone as she did. Money wasted and I left feeling very mistreated. I should have walked out like my instincts were telling me.
