Dr. Terry and his staff took time to explain my dental situation, options, and then set about taking great care of me. They made a plan for future procedures and made it clear what price range we were working in. I started going to Dr. Terry Because the previous doctor in the office passed away. I ended up loving Dr. Terry and his staff. That has changed. I still like Dr. Terry however his staff had changed. They are rude. When the doctor is not in the office a cleaning takes about 10 minutes and is very painful. They insult you like you are not a paying customer. I complained before but it has only gotten worse. The last time I was there they didn't even schedule my next appointment or give me a dental hygiene bag. Diane and Dr Terry is the only reason I kept going. Now that Diane is hardly in the office I can't take it. The staff is borderline ABUSIVE!!!! read more

Please read this review before going to Terry Dental: I don't normally do reviews but I feel that I had to speak out. A few years ago I went to Terry Dental for a routine checkup and was told I had several cavities. I made an appointment to get them drilled and filled and when I came back I underwent a 2-3 hour session on 4 substantial cavities. After I was done I was informed that this was only the first set of 4 out of a total of 16 cavaties. I would have to come back for another 3 sessions to do the remaining 12. At this point I knew something strange was going on. I normally only get a cavity once every few years. I decided to get two second opinions from two other dentists. Neither dentist said I had any cavities. At that point I switched dentists and didn't look back. I still had to deal with a year of hot/cold and contact sensitivity because the fillings were drilled close to the root. Four years on and I'm writing this review because the fillings Dr. Terry did are starting to fall out. Please be wary of Dr Terry's "pro-active" attitude towards cavaties.
