Their phone rang unanswered for 15 minutes. I called back 30 minutes later. They transferred me to station 11 (surgery) who stated they did not have him and could not transfer me back. I called back. Transferred to station 21. They said they did not have him and transferred me to the operator again who said they did not know where he was. They lost my unconscious husband. I jumped in the car and called back station 21. The nurse said she was too busy to check his room. I just wanted to know if he was alive or dead. She stated that she was too busy and off the top of her head she could not tell me. He is alive. He is still there 4 days later with complications. He had a second procedure yesterday to remove additional stones they missed during the surgery. There are 2 nurses for the entire station 21 of post surgical patients. I can honestly say we will NEVER use this hospital again. Dirty needle on hallway floor. Too busy to help him change. Bed sheets have his blood for 2 days. Understaffed is an understatement.

My son was sick (he had bacteria) He had fewer and and coughing a lot for the last 4 days. And the the doctor (she) said that "this is the emergency and you are taking my time, because of you I can not take care of the other urgent patient, you should have gone to your pediatrician." so what can I say, are they real doctors? After waiting 5 hours at the hospital (it is my waiting record at any hospital) You are expecting some good treatment but they are just trying to get rid of you...
