Stop and read this review if you want the best possible experience finding pieces that make you…read morefeel absolutely exquisite. I'm writing this review in order, starting with Tiffany, who honestly should be considered as the next owner or at minimum manager of this establishment. The grace, knowledge, and care she brought to this experience completely blew me away. I spent two and a half hours in this store and left with pieces I genuinely would have kept myself up at night regretting if I'd walked away without them. First, let's talk about Tiffany, because she made this entire experience, and then I'll talk about the products. Before that, something needs to be said. Corsets and pieces in this store are meant for events. For being seen. For adorning yourself and feeling beautiful in the world. They are not just for intimate moments behind closed doors, and it's time we stop thinking that way. You deserve to feel incredible, and this is the place to go. Tiffany I spent two and a half hours in this store. Tiffany was the first to greet me. She was always present when I needed her, yet I never once felt pressured. After I chose my first pieces, corsets, I spent most of the time in the dressing room, and Tiffany was there for everything, collaborating with me in the most thoughtful way. She taught me how to lace a corset and let me try it myself, which is no small task, but she was always right there to help. She was honest, genuine, and never salesy. The reason I walked away with so much is simple. She didn't have to push a thing. The quality of this store speaks for itself. She was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing details about a limited edition piece, one of only 15 in the country, and explaining how this brand created corsets for Beyoncé's Renaissance team. And she was absolutely right. The corset I purchased is the most comfortable, flexible, and beautiful piece I've ever worn. I can breathe, move, exist. I could honestly wear it all day and sleep in it, and I look incredible. I never felt rushed. Tiffany's timing was perfect. She was present when I needed help and stepped back when I didn't. She even brought my partner and me water. As a queer couple, we felt completely comfortable, welcomed, and celebrated the entire time, which meant more than I can express. For context, we were supposed to go to The Metropolitan Museum of Art that day, but this experience with Tiffany at Agent Provocateur was better than The Met so we skipped our booked entry time to the museum entirely. She listened. She was thoughtful. She was warm. Truly, Tiffany is a wonderful human being who should be highly favored in any room she walks into. If you want to know what it feels like to be a princess, cared for, guided, and pampered by another woman who genuinely wants you to feel your best, this is it. The Products Bikinis. Mature. Elegant. Beautiful. Chain pieces. Absolute dream pieces. I am now planning a trip to the Caribbean because I have always wanted a chain dress, and the one here was stunning. Any woman wearing it would look like a goddess. Corsets. An incredible selection. I loved all four I tried on. I had to make thoughtful decisions balancing desire with fiscal reality. At the very last moment, I was torn between two pieces. Tiffany said one thing that helped me make the decision that was genuinely right for me and ensured I chose the piece I would have regretted leaving behind. The pricing is a dream and absolutely fair for the quality you receive. I walked away with four pieces, and I am completely in love with every single one. Not a single regret. The Goodbye The bag and packaging you leave with are to die for. So beautiful that you cannot help but smile walking through the streets and taking the subway home, knowing what is inside that gorgeous bag. I was given clear instructions for my corset, which made me feel even more cared for and confident in my purchase. Tiffany even made sure to open the door for us when we were leaving, which honestly melted my heart. I had to give this woman a hug, because in two and a half hours she became my friend. How could women not bond in an experience like this? We brushed right up against closing time, yet I never once felt rushed. We were always exactly on time with Tiffany, and the entire experience felt intentional, calm, and complete. This is how retail experiences should feel every single time. Do yourself a favor and find Tiffany at Agent Provocateur. I do not live in NYC, but after the care, time, and intention Tiffany brought to this experience, paired with the quality of the products themselves, I can confidently say I will travel and work exclusively with Tiffany and Agent Provocateur in the future. That is how you create a lifelong, loyal client.

When I took a picture of the table and product, they wouldn't price adjust. Their excuse was that they were very busy and that I needed to read the fine print. Additionally, they had signs around the store that said "Buy one, get one 50% off everything." Again, not true and you "need to read the fine print."When I told the cashier any other store would have honored what was their mistake, she said they have a strict policy. I called BS. I ended up returning every thing I got for the sheer principle of it all. They were rude and I will spend money elsewhere. All of the managers could use some customer service training.

Once I spoke up for myself, they told me to go to the designated (unlabeled) return register, where no one was available. I waited and then eventually someone who seemed like they were the store manager came by and I greeted her while she completely ignored me. She talked with another associate about their scheduling? At 6:08pm. She proceeded to tell people who was on break and who was not. At 6:08pm. After waiting for what felt like forever, she finally acknowledged me haphazardly and then proceeded to ask for my email, which I mistakenly assumed was for the return, even though I had a paper receipt. I complied, feeling done with everything anyway and she asked for phone number etc. it was only at the end when I saw the "sign up for our newsletter" button where she quickly pressed "yes" for me, without even asking me in the first place, that I realized this was for marketing emails, which felt incredibly unprofessional of her and also wasted a good extra minute of my time. Actually diabolical how unprofessional of her this was and how incredibly unpleasant this experience was for me.
