He offered samples of any honey I wanted to try, which was helpful in narrowing my choices. I settled on one jar of honey with pecans and another with pistachios and green chilies. Apparently loading new supplies is more important than customer service. But kudos to Ify who saved the day. She stopped what she was doing to answer my questions. I needed the pharmacy contact info to transfer my prescriptions from my Walgreen's in CA. Ify took the time to write out the info I needed. She was so pleasant and helpful!! She gets 5 starts....the rest of the staff get 1 star. The cashier was also very inept. She kept me waiting while she waited for some type of approval but never explained why she kept me waiting. She also took a long time for a simple transaction. I'm frustrated that because I use Walgreen's in CA and this is the closest one to me here, I'm stuck with them. Next time I will report my feedback the national Walgreen's chain. Yea, Ify! The rest need to get out of customer service related jobs! Meanwhile, the customer behind me decided to tell me off for being rude. Me and her went back and forth and I finally just ignored her when I realized she wasn't gonna be quiet. Then the pharmacy tech came back up with a 3 day prescription and said I needed to call my doctor to get a refill again. But her attitude had taken on the attitude of the customer behind me and she wouldn't answer my questions about what she was giving me. I am a suicidal person who was just trying to get my meds. Why do people have to be so mean? I just wanted some help.

My partner comes in, waits less than 5 minutes, gets his shot, leaves. My turn! I walk in, stand in the line that says "COVID-19 Vaccine Check-in." I say greet the pharmacy tech, Sarah, "hello, I'm here for my COVID shot." She looks at me and says, "we usually require you be in the car for this." Oh! Ok. So I go to my car, go through the drive thru, and then she starts telling me "we don't have you scheduled." I say, "I have a confirmation number, my partner JUST came in here and got a shot." Sarah THEN asks for my name, *crickets*. I then say "I have a confirmation number for the appointment," *crickets* ... "I presume you don't give SHOTS through the drive-thru," she then says "correct." I come back in. Sarah says, "I thought you said COVID test." I tell her, "no, I said shot, even stood in the line that says 'shot'." I continue "you could have asked for my name, or appointment confirmation number" which is something they send everyone via email AND text. Sarah still doesn't apologize. I try and emphasize with her "do a lot of people come in, un-masked and want tests without appointments?" She says "more than you would think." Sarah then gets my ID, checks me in, and I wait 20 minutes to get my shot. This is a tale of two lives. And it's hard not to notice it. Sarah could have asked my name when I walked in, she could have asked for my appointment info, and she could have even clarified through communication with me about WHAT I was there for... at the very least she could have apologized. This review is about the pharmacy staff. You can do better. 0/10 would not recommend
