Upon explaining our needs, the individual only asked the name of our business and then proceeded to sarcastically repeat it back, as if "Tip Tops" is top notch, following up with "not a good time, we're kinda busy." My issue isn't the overall garbage attitude of the employee...some people just aren't built for customer service. My issue is the overall lack of professionalism and disregard for quality customer service in a customer service driven business. It appeared as though our business wasn't interesting enough to Tip Tops ...okay cool not everyone's cup of tea. That being said, the representative could have professionally explained why the business wouldn't be able to fulfill our requests and potentially could have offered a solution or time frame, if there was one, that they could assist us. If the customer service is any indication of this businesses work product, I'd run for the hills. There's plenty of print shops available to utilize and this one clearly doesn't care about it's customer service or networking opportunities. There are many print shops out there with good customer service and experience in professionalism, this isn't it. Tip Tops was dismissive and carried the attitude of a business that feels it's established enough that it no longer has to create or maintain relationships.
