I was thrilled to find a knowledgeable BMW service provider since my BMW is out of warranty. Alex is ALWAYS helpful, and goes above and beyond. When we needed new tires, he recommended alternatives for cost-savings. When we were on the road to AZ and had a "Check Engine" alert, shortly after service, he asked if we had recently fueled (we had), and suggested it might disappear after driving or refueling, but if not, to contact him again as the owner could refer us to someone in AZ if needed. All was well after a few hundred miles so no need to call. The point if that this service provider is technically-expert, efficient, very fair, less expensive than the dealership, and goes above & beyond. Alex the manager and the whole staff in general are absolutely amazing. This place is not out to rip you off or sell you things you don't need. He is very upfront about costs and allows you time to make an informed decision. I was sitting in the waiting room and over heard him talking to his staff about another customer that had just left. Brought the car in to get a brake job done because I didn't have the right tools to it myself. Very good operation and kept informed of the progress even when they ran into big problems with the calipers rusted on so bad they had to cut them off. I think they felt more bad about the problem then I did, kept offering options to help me in my need. Great place to have work done, I will go back again, this is my second time using them. My Porsche Cayenne had a message on dashboard that there is an issue with differential locking. Eurotech team found the problem and because of limited supply of transfer cases, rebuilt it.
