She does not use the blend method that I'm accustom to which is fine because I noticed that some of my problem spots weren't returning as quickly with blend and I didn't break out like I have in the past from another method. The good: Everyone there is really nice, prompt, and seemed to take cleanliness seriously. The complaint: I realize that bikini lines take a lot of sessions, but after 26 sessions (1-2 hrs each), and a year later, ALL OF THE HAIR HAS GROWN BACK. It is as if I never had any electrolysis done. I was told as well that my skin would get worst but slowly get better as I had facials. Well it definitely got worst after the first one. Vivella has a cancellation policy where you need to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. That being said, for my second facial they e-mailed me I believe a day or two before my next appointment to confirm. They then emailed me the night before my appointment to cancel. I didn't see it till the next morning and came to my appointment anyways and waited outside for maybe half an hour before I checked my email. The following time Mary who did my one facial and consolations came late and talked me out of getting a facial. Once again my skin was pretty bad and said I didn't need it. I honestly think she just didn't want to do it. I ended up never coming back and ended up going on acutane, against her advice, and my skin has never looked better (with some scaring still but no acne or redness). Vivella has been very unprofessional in how they handle their clients by forgetting about them and emailing last minute when their clients have to pay a fee to cancel their appointments in advance. Service wise I couldn't really say because I never completed my treatments but unprofessional in how they conduct their business.
