The reason this company fails to deliver is their incompetence bordering lies with timing. I specifically chose a tour of Versailles at 1000am because if you are there any later there is a mob of people. Minutes count here. More on that later. (1) you meet at the tour office which is a 10 minute walk to the palace. All the other tour groups saved time by meeting in front of the palace. Why are we wasting time at the visitor center???? Are you hoping one of the spend happy tourist buys the souvenirs? Upon checking in the receptionist said our tour would begin at 1010. And then there is the 10 minute walk to the palace. (2) We didn't entered until after 1030 and it was because the guide had a timed entry at 1030. Why advertize a 1000 start time if we don't enter until half a hour later? That's BS. I bought a 1000 tour not a 1030 tour. (3) why am I pissed about 30 mins? Well here's the thing: the caravans (I mean this literally) of tourist vans roll into Versailles at about 945-1000. Had we simply bought our own tickets online we could have strolled into the palace with hardly no wait or bus crowds of people in the rooms. So even though we could have gotten ahead of the dozens of busses that pulled up, we were waiting until 30 mins after the bus loads of people got in. (4) YOU DON'T NEED THIS TOUR or any tour to skip the ridiculous line. Here is what the paid off bloggers dont tell you: Just wake your a*s up early, be there 15-20 minutes before the palace opens, have your skip the line tickets purchased in advance directly from the palace online and listen to the self guided audio tour. You will be waiting minutes not hours and you will beat the tour bus crowds.

Coming from Paris, I took the L line…read morefrom Gare Saint Lazare (leaves about once every 20 min, make sure it's the specific L line that ends at Versailles Rive Droite and not some other destination) and this is the last stop.* The station itself isn't that large, just a simple couple rooms and an outdoor train platform. There is a bus stop directly outside the station. Take bus #s 1, 3 or 4 to bring you closer to the palace area of Versailles, or you can take a ~17 min leisurely walk to see a bit of the town before hitting up the main attractions. *Total time takes about 40 minutes and you need to purchase a one-way or round trip zone 1-5 ticket, OR do an unlimited Mobilis one-day ticket for zones 1-5. If you do the train tickets only, and want to take the bus once you get to Versailles, then you need to purchase bus tickets for within 1 zone separately. Would suggest to buy all these in advance at your train station of origin to avoid having to figure it out later.

He gave us a quick tour of the sites on our way to the hotel, gave us a rundown on some do's and don'ts and had us at the Hotel Eiffel Capitol within the hour, complete with pleasant conversation(gotta love a run on sentence). Our departure wasn't any different. Our driver, Jean-Pierre Meyniel phone# 0769021398, was on time to the hotel and extremely helpful with the luggage and very pleasant. My friend had a personal emergency so we needed to make a quick stop and he was very understanding and accommodating. Even with traffic he was able to get us back to Gare du Nord with ample time to relax and collect before our train departure.
