This company was booked for our arrival at Gar du Nord for hotel transfer arrival and departure. Our train was 15 to 20 minutes late but our driver was there waiting for us with a smile. He gave us a quick tour of the sites on our way to the hotel, gave us a rundown on some do's and don'ts and had us at the Hotel Eiffel Capitol within the hour, complete with pleasant conversation(gotta love a run on sentence). Our departure wasn't any different. Our driver, Jean-Pierre Meyniel phone# 0769021398, was on time to the hotel and extremely helpful with the luggage and very pleasant. My friend had a personal emergency so we needed to make a quick stop and he was very understanding and accommodating. Even with traffic he was able to get us back to Gare du Nord with ample time to relax and collect before our train departure. read more

Book ParisShuttle through Chase Reserve Travel. Received the confirmation and all. Instruction is to collect your luggage first before calling. I called after I collected my luggage and was told that they didn't have a driver. Because I called an hour and a half after I arrived (landed in ORY at 3:30, deplane in the tarmac, shuttle ride to the terminal and luggage came out late), they didn't have a driver anymore. I had a confirmed reservation aNd the instructions were clear - collect luggage before calling for pick up! I had to take a cab which was double the fare. read more

This is the second time that I have been asked by my mother to intervene after a failed attempt to book a shuttle via the Paris Shuttle website. Both times my mother paid online but did not receive an automatic receipt/confirmation. The first time, I called, and the guy denied there was a problem with his server, but sent it anyway. This time, oh, this time was much worse. My mom booked a 70E round-trip fare, no receipt/confirmation came, I called the guy in Paris and he told me that we'd have to wait 24hrs for confirmation because he was unsure to have a driver. Why accept payment without being sure you could perform the service? Not very professional to me. We waited 24hrs, no confirmation came. With just a day before my mom's flight I called to cancel and ask for reimbursement. Guess what? I was chewed out by the guy because my mother had called 5 minutes before asking for a refund (he apparently told her she'd have to wait another 24hrs for that!). Instead of apologizing for the poor service, he berated ME for wasting his time! Later that afternoon I booked a round trip shuttle with Super Shuttle and it was a night and day experience. The country I am from, many hotels/dealers have a shuttle service that takes you back and forth and this service is employed by the hotel/dealer directly. This is different. The hotel contracts a shuttle service such as this one to pick people up and drop them off. The hotel failed to send my CONFIRMED reservation to the shuttle service so when we called them after waiting at the airport we found out that they had no idea we were expecting them. So they said they would be right on their way. 30 minutes later, we got into the shuttle and set on our way (hotel is 17 miles away). We then realized that the 4 other passengers were being dropped off at different places before us. So 2 hours later, we arrived to our hotel... A part of this was the hotels mistake but the shuttle idea was completely misunderstood. Wouldn't take it again. I would have gotten a taxi. Furthermore, the driver should have a translator app or something so if I have a concern or question I may speak. I wanted to ask if my boyfriend and I could get out to take a taxi. :( read more

We confirmed pickup to be 5AM (written by email). After making a courtesy call, David Nedjar attempted to change it to 5:30AM. I know how shuttles work in Paris (they're always late), and we had to go to VAT-refund, increased security (after Paris attacks), and deal with checking in luggages. We knew that it would take 45 minutes to arrive to the airport (60 minutes per Paris-Shuttle.com website), but David Nedjar kept telling me it was only 30 minutes from Paris to the airport. Even on the website, it recommends arriving 3 hours prior to departure, so I'm not sure why David Nedjar kept telling me it was OK to arrive 2 hours before an international flight (and go through heightened security). On the phone, he offered a cancellation with 80% refund, but on the email, he said he can only do 50%. This guy is incredible shady. Do not trust this business. read more

The shuttle was very enjoyable. Our driver picked us up at CDG and took us into Paris to the Hilton Arche du Triomphe. The website was a bit tricky as we hadn't booked 36 hours in advance but the 800 reservation number was answered quickly and I found out we were speaking with the owner of the company. This was great service and he of course was very helpful. It was much easier than trying to navigate the metro and we didn't have to worry about a taxi driver and the hassles that entails. Very disappointing. We have had a terrible experience with Paris Shuttle. Upon arrival we were told our shuttle would take 45 minutes. We went out when told to and the driver was outside screaming at us about how we made him wait. He continued yelling at us for half the ride embarassing us in front of other passengers and being highly unprofessional. We had an unfortunate welcome to Paris because of him and would never recommend anyone use this service. This is one of the worst services that I used . Driver was not there upon arrival and we had to call the company to send a car ( not an easy task when you don't speak the language). Our departure flight time was delayed for 30 min and pick up time was 4 hrs prior . The driver showed up 4:30 hrs early and gave us 5 minutes and then he left. Best advise is to take a taxi. We arranged ahead of time for the service, before we arrived in Paris. We called the number given, and received instructions where to wait, which was near exit 6 and the Starbucks, which were probably 150 feet apart. This was an area set aside for taxis and other transport, not a busy street corner. We were told that the driver should be there in 15 minutes. When he didn't show up after half an hour, we called again, only to reach an answering machine. Fifteen minutes later we called again, only to receive no answer at all. Another call fifteen minutes after that yielded no answer either, and it was at this point that we decided to take a taxi instead. Gate1 booked this transfer in our package - My husband repeatedly called this company's contact number to confirms our pickup and transfer to the airport. No one picked up up the phone! We had the front desk of the hotel try calling and they said the number that was given to us was a fake number!! When we were finally able to get in some contact with this company (thanks to another customer in the hotel who was booked through this company) we were told that pickup was moved from 9am to 10 am then to 10:30 and we were finally picked up at 10:50. The driver then didn't know where he was dropping any of the two parties off and he smelled of just bad BO. He then drove like a jerk swerving in and out of traffic jerking all 6 passengers around in the van (& I'm from the NY area so I know what aggressive driving is) - maybe trying to make up time because he was late picking us up?! Who knows. I felt like I was in a live game of Mario Kart. The only things missing were the banana peels and tortoise shells. At 5 months pregnant this is probably the last think I needed when leaving from my vacation. Don't book with this company and if you are booking through Gate1 make sure you ask who the transfer company is. read more

We needed a way for our group of six people to get from CDG airport into Paris. We used Paris-shuttle.com and were really happy with the way it worked out. I was reluctant to book a round trip without giving them a try. So I booked one way for 85 Euro, which was the best rate I could fine. The hotel had a rate around 150 EU and my travel agent had a rate around 170 EU. Keep in mind that a regular taxi cannot take 6 people. So, for 85 EURO, the drive was waiting outside the baggage claim and he took us in a roomy van with space for the luggage as well as all six of us. I was so pleased that I booked the return with them and we had the same good experience. I would not hesitate to use them again. read more

DO NOT USE!!! I have never had the displeasure of using a worse shuttle service. Rude, poor customer service and dangerous driving! Our shuttle arrived over one and half hours late. I did not receive any call with an explanation rather I had to call them - 3 times! Each time I feel like I was being fobbed off with excuses about congestion causing the delay. During the final call I lost the plot with them and as it became obvious that they were going to hang up on ME (!!), I hung on them. There was no surprise that within 5 minutes of me loosing my temper that a driver turned up and said that he had just been reassigned my pick up. Why didn't they do that sooner? We then picked up 4 other passengers that had a similar experience. For our return transfer they sent me a private car as apposed to a shared shuttle. I thought that they were making amends for the poor service I had previously received. However, the driver was texting the whole journey!!! I was very nervous but was too scared to say anything. Some of the most inept group of people that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. We set a time for pickup, and a specific airport to go to. When we were being picked up, the drivers were trying to take us to another airport. Turns out they changed it on us, and they blamed us, while telling us we lost our money, and that we were pretty much screwed. Luckily the hotel staff where we were being picked up heard our situations, and Michael was a saint by going out of his way to make sure we had the transportation out of the city to our airport. Stay as far away as you can from this company. You will avoid a huge hassle, and headache. I wish I had read the reviews here before I booked with them. Lesson learned. I had booked and prepaied a shuttle transfer, which they had confirmed, but was stood up. I received a refund, but the explanation I got seemed sketchy. Details below. I was referred to paris-shuttle.com through the Easyjet website, and booked a transfer from CDG into Paris. I was instructed to call a free number from a public phone upon my arrival. My flight was on time, and it took me only 5 minutes to find a public phone. When I called the number nobody answered. I had spent about 30 minutes repeatedly checking if a car was waiting at the designated exit, and trying to call the number, when I finally gave up and took a cab (it was late and i don't like to take the trains at night). The next day I called the company to ask what had happened. I was told that they had sent me an e-mail the day before, explaining that there were some unspecified problems with their vehicles. I had not received that e-mail. I even checked my spam folder, there was nothing. Their other e-mails went through with no problems. As to why nobody had answered the phone there was no explanation. read more

short story- took me 2 hours to find the shuttle. explanation: When we arrived at CDG, the sign holder guy was standing in the back of the hall on his phone with the sign tucked under his armpit.., we didn't see him and ended up going all over the airport looking for shuttle buses (I know this b/c after actively looking for him after an hour of being lost, I found him with the sign tucked in his armpit!). My husband and I asked for help from multiple "information" desks and they all sent us on wild goose chases. We were even told to get to the airport shuttle, go down 2 stops and exit there... we didn't have to get on the shuttle at all! I found a man who worked at the airport who was kind enough to let me use his phone to call the company, and the lady tells me to go to departures, hall 2, door 1- This DOESNT EXIST!! I called back, and another lady gives me attitude on the phone. when my husband and I finally track down where they park, there were NO more shuttles there. When one pulled in, my husband approached them and they said, "you're going to have to wait." After a 13 hour flight, being 6 months pregnant, and trotting around the airport, I was in tears. I prepaid a ride to the airport for hat cost me $74US dollars 20 days in advance. The day before the pick up I received a confirmation email. The following day the shuttle did not showed up. I waited for 30 minutes, called the number provided and sent emails. To this day I've got no responses. I just contacted my Visa card to contest the charge. I hate to do this but I feel it's necessary as this company pops up first in any "Paris Airport Shuttle" Google search. I have used Paris Shuttle several times over the years but recently service has gone downhill, to the point where they have proven themselves to be unprofessional and unreliable, I'm sad to say. The previous time I used them I landed early and had to call and wait for quite a while before the driver arrived. A bunch of us ended up milling around trying to figure out where he was and when he arrived there was no apology or anything of the sort. This past trip was the last nail in the coffin for me. YMMV, of course, but here's what happened: My wife was going to join me for the last few days of my trip in Paris, so I wanted to do something special for her and hired their VIP service to pick her up ($80 one way in a car to herself). She was landing very early, she'd be tired, so I figured this was a nice gesture. I called, made the RSVP for her to be dropped off at 58 Rue de Londres, asked for an email confirmation, but never got one. Since I was travelling a lot I didn't have time to call to confirm either. When she got there, the driver was waiting, but then became annoyed that she was alone (not sure why that was a surprise) and he'd brought the minivan (again, not sure why). The driver never said where he was taking her so she confirmed verbally where she was expecting to go (58 Rue de Londres), he agreed (she speaks enough French to get around pretty well), and off they went. He dropped her off and since it was very early and dark (7am) she couldn't see the street name but did see the number 58. Well, turns out she was at Rue de Rome, which luckily was only a few blocks from Rue de Londres. When I called to find out where she was, they told me they'd dropped her off at Rue de Rome as I requested, which was NOT true, and they refused to send someone to bring her to the correct address. In addition, the driver left her bag in the street and sped off, obviously eager to go elsewhere. She was disoriented, jet-lagged, and lost, so she had to turn on her US mobile, costing her a fortune to get in touch with me. Thanks to a very friendly taxi driver, she made it to our apartment. As you can imagine, I called and asked for PAS to call me back as I was furious, which they did 1-2 times but never left a message (usually I was in a bad signal area so could not connect). Calling them cost me a fortune as they do not have a regular phone number but one that costs 0.34 Euros/minute. Trying to get them to respond was like pulling teeth, and after several emails back and forth I finally got one from them saying that it wasn't their fault. According to them I had 1) RSVP'd for Rue de Rome even though I had clearly reserved for Rue de Londres (the two do NOT sound alike, even in French); 2) that because they had not confirmed in any way shape or form they weren't responsible ; and 3) if they'd dropped my wife off at the wrong address despite her and the driver confirming the correct one it was her fault. Worse, they blamed her for not noticing the wrong address, despite the fact that I'd told them that this was the 1st time we'd rented a place in the area. And that was that. Sorry, but this is completely unacceptable. As someone who runs a company, I try to give others a lot of leeway, but I do everything I can do ensure my customers are satisfied. Seeing how poorly they handled this situation makes me doubt their competence, to put it mildly. So, YMMV but beware Paris Air Shuttle. I will not be using them again and I will make sure no one I know uses them. read more

I saw this company had good reviews on another website so I had high expectations. What a disappointment. We had 4 adults and 2 children reserved from CDG to our hotel. I provided our airline information along with time of arrival. Once we arrived I called them and was told the driver would be there in 15 mins. After waiting 25 mins I called again and there was no answer. Another shuttle pulled up and we asked that driver if he could call and find out where the driver was, to where he replied "No I'm at the end of my shift." I called again and was told the driver was 2 minutes away. After 45 mins our shuttle finally arrived. After paying 103 euros I expected service to be a lot better. On the way back, we ended up getting a taxi for 110 euros and got way better service. read more

I rang to ask what was going on, got told to ring back when the guy was in the office at 11pm so waited up only to have it confirmed my booking was cancelled and there were no cars available to collect me. So much for my 'confirmed' booking and an early night before my flight. The guy was apologetic but that is not much good when it is 8 hours before departure and you are without a ride. Grrrrr. Let's be clear about this operation: this is a shuttle, not a taxi. Make a reservation, pay in advance, call from the airport (do you have a cell phone that has international service? Otherwise, good luck finding a working pay phone at CDG). First attempt: I got their answering machine. Lucky enough, a representative was there waiting for other passengers, who called and told me where to wait (a 5 minute walk from the arrivals area, a bit difficult if you have more than one piece of luggage) and estimated the wait time at 15 minutes. One-half hour later, the van pulls up, loads 9 of us, with four different destinations. We were the third stop. Driver courteous, van clean, arrived safely. You have to decide if all of this is truly worth the savings over a taxi (50-60 Euros plus luggage charge and tip). We decided that it was not. read more

Do not use this company if you actually want to get anywhere. First of all they left my 70 year old mother waiting at the airport for 3 hours following a flight from Australia, then when they were supposed to pick her up from her accommodation at the end of her stay and take her back to the airport they didn't show up at all leaving her stranded! Booked Paris-shuttle on line, received confirmation, no worries......yeah right!! On June 1, 2015, our flight to CDG was delayed 40 minutes and when we arrived there was no sign of driver and sign with our name. We called Paris-shuttle and were told the driver could not wait, they did not have any available drivers and we were essentially on our own along with an abrupt hang up. We were traveling with another couple who arrived earlier on another flight and were waiting at the designated area 30 minutes before original arrival time. They did not see anyone from Paris-shuttle waiting for us and noticed that there were other drivers waiting for more than an hour for their customers. I suppose these drivers were employed by reputable companies unlike Paris-shuttle. Like other reviewers mentioned, how do they stay in business? Just terrible. I have been looking for a website to tell the truth about Paris-shuttle.com. Finally found it with this website. Last December my family and I waited at Orly airport for 1&1/2 hrs for a pre-booked, paid and confirmed private transfer with this company. I rang the company to find out where our transfer was, to be told they'd get back to me. They did and said the guy would be there soon. Wait out the front. We watched as the guy finally arrived and ran into the metal barrier. He didn't speak any English. He was speeding at over 40kms over the speed limit, approached the outskirts of Paris then turned around and headed back towards Orly airport. He was on his mobile phone several times, having long conversations, most of the time changing lanes without signalling until he nearly hit a car. At that point I yelled at him. He yelled back and said "Je Regard, Je Regard (I see, I see). We arrived at our destination in silence. I rang the company after several days, for an explanation. I had to ask Dave for an apology, because it wasn't forthcoming. He said they didn't have any drivers and had to call on a subcontractor, but only when I'd rung rom the airport. He said he would email to me. I'm still waiting. Such a shame - I'd been wanting to go to Paris for over 30 years, and this was my introduction to French rudeness. read more

Don't use this service, but if you do have everything in writing and schedule an extra hour to whatever they recommend. When our driver arrived he would not take us to hotel unless we paid him additional money, even though we had prepaid. Insisted we had too many bags, although we had what the airlines allows on overseas flights. There was no mention of a bag limit on any of the paperwork we had received prior to this. We had to call service and they sent another driver "Raj" who was very helpful. Thought this was just a onetime event. Sure enough, when the driver picked us up at the hotel for our return flight, he wanted more money. Had to be very firm to get him to take us. Seems to be a sort of shakedown operation. Very disappointed in this service. Driver arrived thirty minutes earlier than we had requested, even though we had set up the service several months in advance. One family in the car with us was almost late for their flight because driver insisted on going to other terminals first. Another passenger had difficulties because driver insisted she had not paid, although she said she had paid in advance. She had to dig out her receipt to show him. Very unprofessional. Also found out that price we paid online was $20 each more than if we had ordered the same service at the hotel, with the same company.
