Located just a stone's throw from the plush Lunns jewellers I assume they're hoping to capitalise on any brides/grooms or wedding planners that may be passing. Inside the rather stark white interior there are several rather impressive flower displays and a couple of well stocked gift cabinets. Being in on a Saturday afternoon the shop was already quite busy and the staff were kept on their toes with plenty of requests for help and advice. Pros: Elegant shop, attentive staff. The girl working in here immediately seen to us and asked what we were after. We pointed to the beautiful bouquet's placed in bags/boxes and asked about prices. They started at £20 and went up as far as £40. We decided to go for £30 and she asked if we wanted her to make it up there and then-which we did! I must say, watching her work was really mesmerising and she mad it look so easy! The flowers were like a representation of Autumn! They were orange, red, deep purple and rust coloured. Truly gorgeous. I have to say this is definitely my new favourite place to go for flowers! Really job well done!

They delivered three days in advance, I was absent from home, so my flowers stayed rotting for three days without care. By the time I arrived, and expected to receive fresh flowers, the water in the vase was all dirty, and as a result, no fresh morning flowers as an expected gift. Very upsetting. I asked for a refund of the extra fee they charged, but they disagreed, as it "would be too complicated".

They exceeded my expectations in every way! My daughter and I have a very dear cousin in Belfast. We wanted to send her a bouquet of flowers, from each of us, for her birthday. I couldn't find my usual go-to florist and picked Norah Mitchell's due to their photographs, and price. I live in California and my daughter and her family live on the east coast. Vicki was wonderful to deal with on email and Carolyn was very kind and helpful on the phone. Flower arrangements were lovely and very affordable. Even my daughter remarked how beautiful and affordable her arrangement was. We highly recommend them and will be using them again during the upcoming Christmas holiday! They were extremely knowledgeable, knew how to deliver my vision and suggested great cost saving alternatives, when I went over the budget. On my wedding day they delivered everything on time and as promised. It was soo hassle free and one less thing to worry about. Floral Earth is from another planet in terms of its flowers and its service (beg pardon for the pun!). Set up and run by Tim Kirkpatrick some ten years ago, Floral Earth has become a must-use service from one off purchases to weddings and funerals. Tim is very ably assisted by his team, including the redoubtable Neil (his dad) and together they make the world of cut flowers a better place. My sister-in-law once ordered flowers online for me (she lives in NewcastleUpon Tyne) and I knew they were from Foral Earth the second I clpped eyes on them. I swear, they are to flowers what Jo Malone is to scents. If you have a special occasion coming up , or want to thrill someone with flowers, ou really must call in, or at least visit their really rather lovely website.

I also don't know an awful lot about flowers and floral arrangements but this store seemed to have it all, every colour, shape and size of flower, most of which I had never even laid eyes on before!! The lady busing about the shop was friendly and asked if I needed help but I did feel a little guilty that I was merely wasting her time as I myself had no idea why I was there.
