I needed something pet friendly, and something that was easy to maintain and also something that fit my budget. I decided to have SYNLawn come and give me a free estimate since my dream backyard was synthetic turf. I was able to promptly book a consultation and that was the end of my looking for solutions. The estimator/installer was amazing. He answered any questions and gave me suggestions, and also really did his best to work within my budget. Now that my yard is done it looks amazing and all my friends are jealous. And my dog loves it too! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering artificial turf.

We hired Riley, the owner of Patch Bro Concrete, to replace our driveway with a new asphalt…read moredriveway. What was represented as a three-day project extended to well over a week due to repeated delays and continuous excuses. After the driveway was installed, Riley advised that he would return after 72 hours to "seal" it, which raised concerns as we had contracted for a hot asphalt driveway. When he returned and we raised concerns about the uneven surface and the material used, he stated that USED asphalt (RAP) had been installed and attributed the issue to his supplier while taking no accountability. We have this conversation recorded on video. The driveway is uneven, contains loose material and large rocks throughout, weeds already going through in multiple areas and does not reflect the new asphalt driveway that was agreed upon and paid for. Riley initially agreed to remove and replace the driveway with the proper asphalt as originally contracted. However, since then, there have been repeated delays, missed timelines, and continually changing completion dates. Riley has terrible business practices. Everything from showing up in only rented U-hauls and rented Home Depot equipment to do jobs. His business is NOT legitimate. For clarity, we did not prevent the work from being completed or refuse reasonable access to the property. Our concerns arose after it became clear that the installed material and workmanship did not match what was agreed upon in the contract. At the time of this review, the matter remains unresolved despite multiple attempts to reach a satisfactory outcome and we have filed a civil lawsuit against him. Based on our experience, I would never recommend Riley and Patchbro concrete to anyone. Buyer beware.

I was having a horrific winter. Went to knock an icicle off my eavestrough over the garage, and the…read moreentire thing pulled loose. This was extra hazardous because I only have one way up my front walk, and it is over a sloped, patterned-brick driveway. I was also fighting serious health problems, so could not get out and scrape my driveway of all the ice buildup. The eavestrough was pouring a waterfall onto the front walk, creating an icy lake on the way to the front door, and it was also creating a river of ice down one side of my driveway. I had hoped I'd be able to make it to spring to replace ALL the eavestroughs, but I finally broke down and called Rapid Roofing, based on their good reviews here. Trevor was able to come out super quick, did a look see around the entire property, and told me the rest of the troughs looked good. I only had a downspout in the backyard that needed to be angled a bit more, in addition to my nightmare out front. He had that sucker replaced lickety-split, and didn't even charge me for the quickie fix in the back. Everyone I spoke to was so incredibly kind in respect to my illness and how important the repair was to them to make my place safer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When I asked the installer if my SUV would fit into the garage with the new door. He said no problem. I drove into the garage and the metal piece scratched the roof of my vehicle The metal piece on the overhead part of the garage should have been cut off. They did offer me to either get a reduced rate on the installation price or to go to an autobody shop to get it fixed. I opted for the autobody option. I took it to the autobody shop that they set up to complete the potential repair. The autobody shop told me it was not worth repairing. I then sent an email to the company asking for the refund and have not heard back. I am very disappointed with this service. I do acknowledge that I did not follow up with the autobody repair shop a few months later, as I was hospitalized for two months and was not able to get my vehicle. I did not receive a response from the company.
