When he stated he didn't want to move forward, they told him it was too late. Their customer service was awful and rude. They get about 20% commissions. He filed a report and even the local police stated that they had issues with this place and to keep on moving forward with the complaint. I wish we would of seen the reviews before going here. If I could give it zero stars I would. FYI: my dad speaks fluent Spanish and there was no language barrier.
