Warning! Do not exchange here! My dad exchanged $80.00 dollars for Euros and they only gave him about 41 euros. Lots of hidden fees they DO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT. When he stated he didn't want to move forward, they told him it was too late. Their customer service was awful and rude. They get about 20% commissions. He filed a report and even the local police stated that they had issues with this place and to keep on moving forward with the complaint. I wish we would of seen the reviews before going here. If I could give it zero stars I would. FYI: my dad speaks fluent Spanish and there was no language barrier. They told him What the dollar to euro exchange rate was but failed to tell him the hidden fees and percentage of commissions until money was already exchanged. :( read more

Unfortunately, did not read this and walked with my friend to exchange some cash. We asked what the fees where and only mentioned the exchange fee nothing about their outrageous service fees. We also did not want to expect the money and ask to speak to a supervisor. The girl at the desk said she was, which I seriously doubt. Fortunately, someone else wanted to exchange money while we were disputing our transaction, I mentioned to them be careful they will add additional fees. I told them to make sure you know how much money you will actually be receiving along with all the fees charged. "Supervisor" told me to mine my own business..!!! Wow! I told her I'm an honest person and don't would not want anyone else to get robbed. Then she lowered the rate so we could be on our way. SCAM ALL THE WAY!! DONT DO IT!! Use your ATM!! read more

There are several hidden fees they do not tell you about, and after you exchange your money they refuse to give it back and give up their commission. It was so terrible we went and got the police.
