He was transparent, describing in detail what areas of my property he thought would be more of a challenge to clean thoroughly, but was confident the house would be much cleaner when he was done...and he was right. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. John is fair and honest and a nice guy and really great at what he does. Don't hesitate to use him if you need power washing done.

It's the first time I use a company to wash my building and I definitely will use them for any future projects. When they came to clean the front of my building it was well done and they make sure to ask if you're satisfied with the work. Very thorough in all they do and very considerate to keeping the washing to your building as much as possible so as to not bother your neighbors.
