I asked Mark by email if he would then consider quoting a triple slider pocket door, 2 large single pane windows, 2 96" doors, 1 96" French door, and 1 96" French with full sidelites and windows above; he stated he would come out to look at this. Mark arrived on Thursday and walked the job and measured. On Saturday morning I emailed Mark to see if he had developed a price for the doors and windows and he immediately responded with a disturbing email that I will share in the pictures. The response was plenty for me to save $50 k with a company with attitude. One can only presume this is a company level sentiment shared by all. This certainly made the decision easier.

He even recommended painters to help me get the garage door fixed quickly and just texted me moments ago as he is still concerned about my customer experience. The house itself looks beautiful...
