I was trying to reach a 2-liter soda bottle, and used the (sometimes) provided soda stick to pull the product forward, which fell at an odd angle atop the top shelf. Having struggled with trying to position it better, surrounded by more than one employee in the aisle, I expected someone to offer assistance, but found none. So, I stepped on the bottom shelf to reach and snatch the bottle myself, visibly frustrated. After walking away with the bottle in hand, an employee spoke up aggressively and said "Hey, you! Don't do that again." to which I responded "Oh, I just couldn't reach it! Sorry." And he said, "We have ladders for that." I didn't reply after that and continued on. It was a brief and unpleasant interaction, not something I'm used to seeing but it was uncalled for nonetheless. My issue with this really comes down to: 1) An employee should offer assistance. A customer shouldn't always have to ask when they are visibly struggling, that should be a trained reaction as a Wal-Mart associate. 2) If they cannot provide assistance, then ladders should be within the aisle that can be used when product isn't within grasp. 3) Finally, what irks me is that this product should have been refaced (brought to the front and in reach) throughout the night of restocking to begin with. Fronting product should be priority one! A customer should never not have easy access to it. That's all! Hopefully this isn't something that needs repeated in the future, but it's also not the first time I've seen the beverages improperly shelved anyway.

If you are from the Bay Area, Ca this store has a similar feeling like that of Lucky, not quite like Safeway or Wholefood. You can get what you need here as what you expect from a standard big box store. I tried to search for something locally produced (huckleberry jam, bread, etc) but I didn't find any. It's own by Kroger. I was able to find some organic stuffs like eggs, some fruits and maybe some other processed foods but I didn't look for processed foods. Store is clean, self check out available, staffs are friendly. We visit this store often during our stay to visit Glacier NP.

It started off with them telling us that his prescription had to be moved over to them, and change it once we returned home. Fine, not a problem. We waited. We made friendly small talk with some of the local residents and exchanged laughs. A few more minutes had passed, and other people who had waited with us were getting their medication, but we had not. We were told that something could take anywhere from a day or two days, it was really unclear what they were talking about. My boyfriend called his local pharmacy to ensure that they faxed over his prescription and information, and they said they did a few minutes ago. However, the pharmacist at Kalispell Walgreens insisted that they didn't receive the fax yet. My boyfriend's local pharmacist was really confused and concerned that the fax had not arrived yet and when he put her on speakerphone, she said that she could resend the fax, or confirm to refill the prescription over the phone, depending on what the laws were in Montana. One of the Walgreens pharmacy employees scoffed when she heard my boyfriend's pharmacist say that she could confirm his prescription over the phone. The employee told his pharmacist, "We can't do that" . His local pharmacist started to say, "That's not true, that's not true" she couldn't even finish her sentence before the Walgreens employee turned to the pharmacist and made a sneering remark about what they were being told. The Walgreens pharmacist then came over, while still behind the counter, and was just saying "No" continuously at my boyfriend's pharmacist, reached over the counter, and pressed the End Call button on my boyfriend's phone. The Walgreens pharmacist proceeded to berate my boyfriend in front of everyone, telling him that he caused conflict between him and his local pharmacist. Whatttt??? All my boyfriend wanted was his medicine and understanding about when he would get his medicine. The Walgreens pharmacist completely failed to show professionalism, compassion, empathy, and patience. I was personally offended, disappointed, shocked, and appalled by this behavior. This pharmacist showed the upmost contempt and disrespect towards my boyfriend. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place and getting your prescription filled elsewhere. No person deserves to be treated like this.

They have a plan to help people without insurance and it really cuts the price of the medicine if you are paying for your prescriptions out of pocket. They are very helpful if you have any questions about medicines, ingredients, interactions, and stuff like that. The refill process is easy also. They don't lose my prescriptions like some of the other pharmacies I have gone to which is very nice for my anxiety level. If you need help finding something in the store (about 4 aisles of pharmacy type items) they will gladly come out and help you find it. Can't find it? They will order it for you. Their prices are pretty decent for Libby also. I really like that I can get all my medical items for my first aid kit (and then some) in one place. They also have a drive through. I like having that when I hurt too bad to walk in. Overall, great place! I wouldn't choose another pharmacy in town.

I had a complicated situation the first year (difficulty finding my prescription, which caused a few staff members to exert extra effort), they never forgave me. After that, when my doctor would call in my prescription, they would look me in the face and say they never received it. This happened several times. At first I thought "Surely health care professionals wouldn't be using their power to bully their customer?" I eventually took the hint.

The pharmacists are VERY professional and are not so task-saturated that they seem to always have time to answer a patient's question. The PharmTechs have been there a long time, and seem to know their customers by name. They offer excellent prices, but the best part is that they give very good service, and strive to give the customer great value. You actually get to speak with a person when you call - first rate!!!
