I reached out to him on Yelp. His response was quick and he offered a great deal at a VERY reasonable price. Once the details of the event was finalized, he sent me over the proposed plan via email (yes, professional as one would expect). He also gave me a discount on the deposit/service fee. He got me connected with a bartender, Valerie. I connected with her to discuss about the drinks menu, supplies, etc. We finalized on my favorite drinks - Manhattan, Sunset Malibu, Moscow Mule and Lemon drop shots. On the day of the event she came over an hour before the party started to set everything up. The minute she walked in, I did not have to worry about ANYTHING. I pointed her to the kitchen and she did her magic there. She even wrote the names of the drinks in small paper tents to display the menu!!
