Without my permission, they drove a heavy truck across my yard and directly over a concrete pad meant for a gazebo--cracking and rendering it unusable. Any experienced contractor should have immediately recognized that the pad could not support that kind of weight. When I attempted to address the damage they caused and seek a reasonable resolution, I was met not with accountability, but with hostility. Instead of working with me to make things right, they responded by threatening to fabricate additional charges--even though my original invoice had already been paid in full. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional, it's unethical. Contractors should be transparent, respectful, and willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. Sadly, that was not the case here. Please learn from my experience and take your business elsewhere. There are many reputable tree service companies in northern Michigan--Dodd's is not one of them.
