Matt came in took the bull by the horns. Ripped out the old, dried everything, including basement. I had just moved here and everything was still in boxes in the basement. They cleaned it all up and dried it all. My new floors look great. I'm happy to come home and it was all finished. The price was right and he even winterized my pipes and toilets. I have to give credit to Jen our Township Clerk who helped make this all happen. Thanks Jen! Thanks Matt!

The remediation crew did a great job drying everything out and removing the damage floor and wall…read more I was impressed with them so I used their service to put my house back together. Big mistake! The guy they contracted messed up the drywall and the flooring. The drywall was cut incorrectly in two spots and there are gaps in my electrical outlets. They did not level my sub floor out on a floating wood floor and didn't add and transition strips so now my floor is coming out of place and cracking. They told me my house wasn't level and told me to jack my house up. I contacted a licensed contractor and he told me not to jack my house up it would crack my drywall and that you have to level the sub floor before you install the vinyl tile. I am left with a less than mediocre floor 7 months from when they finished. I highly recommend you don not use them to put your house together.

Serv Pro did come out the following day, stood in one spot and looked around and did absolutely nothing. They dragged their feet, finally on 08/19 did they have someone come out and take down our affected ceilings. Once that was completed, they said it would be another two weeks to remove flooring and set up fans. This should have been scheduled earlier so they could have came right in after the ceiling was done. Two MONTHS after the initial water damage we will set up fans???? Needless to say I have told them I no longer need their services. Terrible service!

Reason company was called to help with carpet cleaning and furniture removal after a loved one passed away suddenly at home. Company said they don't do carpet cleaning, but could remove furniture. It took over 4 hours to remove the furniture and family had already moved furniture outside. Was quoted $750 for furniture removal but after multiple phone calls about where they were $250 was taken off. After returning from Funeral home found out that the carpet cleaning company would of removed furniture for $200. This company took advantage of a stressful and grief-ridden family. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
