While on the job the workers were found to not be using proper safety equipment and were admonished by a neighbour who was also a Professional Engineer. When finished they did not seal down a plumbing vent that subsequently leaked over the following spring and did not come out to fix it promptly. I had to get another contractor to do the job. In 2012 the garage roof started to leak as they did not do a good job on a portion of the roof. In 2013 another plumbing vent area started to leak and did extensive damage to the laundry room drywall as water leaked in the the vent space between walls and dripped into the basement. I wrote via their website and got no response. I called their number numerous times and they refused to attend to fix the problem. Eventually I hired another roofer to fix it and they stopped both leaks. I do not recommend this company. Their work was sub-standard, they used sub-standard shingles, and they do not follow-up. The previous roof on the house lasted over 20 years. This one will need replacing in 2015, a span of only 10 years, the way the shingles are curling.
