The accompanying pic is of the illusive savory pastry. Here in Roswell, it was a jalapeno and cheese bolillo. Spicy, cheesy, and with a cloud-like crumb, these were heaven straight out of the oven. Even better, they were open early on Sunday morning as we swung through the barely stirring town on our way home.
