Dr. Jacobs has done 2 neuroma removals, a bunionectomy, fixed a 2nd toe hammertoe and 2 small toe hammertoes. He is always very pleasant, always takes time to explain everything to you, listens to you and takes what you have to say into consideration. I've never experienced much pain at all from any of the surgeries or procedures I've had done. The scars are barely noticeable and the recovery has been quick, except for the last 2nd toe hammertoe, and that was probably because I was on it too much. The office staff are also very easy to deal with and helpful. I would and do recommend Dr. Jacobs to anyone that has any problem with their feet or ankle.

This timeframe was from September to November 2025. I still have pain walking.

No return call. 1 day shy of waiting 6 weeks I have to call again and both receptionists lie to me about what's taking so long since they were clueless. 6 weeks to the day the office manager informs me after contacting the outsourced lab my child's orthotics are indeed lost and have been lost since LAST MONTH. My child now has to wait for a new patient appointment at a different Podiatrist and for their turn around time for orthotics. I started this February 2022 and now my child won't have them until at least May 2022.
