I cannot say enough about Ralph Chalker and how he runs his branch with American Family Insurance. I offer these personal observations: - drove to my house to take pictures and make sure I wasn't underinsured - made suggestions to make sure we had full replacement cost should we experience a loss. - worked with underwriters to get us the best rate possible with American Family. - All this was done without feeling any sales pressure to work with him or his company. Overall, I'm not particular about the insurance company I use and there are many good companies out there. What does matter more for us is the agent and how much they service/pay attention to detail. With all that said, I cannot recommend Ralph Chalker and his entire branch to anyone who may be searching for insurance. You will not be disappointed.
