Jessica started out as professional and appeared to care about her customers. She used to be good at following up on customers issues or concerns and returned phone calls. But for the past several months Jessica has become a nightmare to have as my agent! She Stopped answering phone.100% of the time doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week.. she was impossible to contact! i could count the times on one hand that she actually returned my phone call. More insult to injury. When I would leave her a voicemail message.instead of calling me back. She will send a text! REALLY ! What Agent does this! She applied payment towards my auto insurance. So for nearly a month I'm thinking i had coverage on my home when I didn't!!! These people won't look at your auto on your property...they won't look at it at a proper body shop the way normal insurance companies do...ya' know...because of Covid. They WILL, however, be willing to tow it to a local salvage yard who admittedly has NO tools and NO techs on site. That's because they've already decided your car has been totaled...without even seeing it. They don't want to fix it...that would require time, effort, money, and energy. Instead, they've already gotten in bed with Copart (the chain of US based salvage yards they work with) and will sell them your auto and give you half of what they collected. Think I'm lying? I found my car ONLINE and FOR SALE before I even knew it was being totaled OR accepted an offer. Which I still have not. Buyer beware....go elsewhere. My whole family and I are about to pull the plug on them.....
