The problem was that when they returned my call for what was to be a small transfer session, it was 2-3 weeks after their system had crashed and the music files were lost. Briel 10/24/15 Positive Update on Colorado Sound Many years later, we were able to go back into the studio here and get a much better product than the first sessions. Colorado Sound took the time to open up their doors so we could finish up the tracks. We were able to record a great Chorus in their A Room, which is a must for any pro musical project. The sound engineer, Jesse, was able to bring in a high-quality level of skill to this sessions. Great production work on the drum beats that filled in the rest of the Halloween song, "Creepin In" He also made changes to the audio I did not ask for, in a negative direction, which I noticed during playback. Also, the owner never checked in with me again so he only fixed the error to get me to change my review. I don't feel good in the end, just moderate.

Great Customer Service at Wind Over the Earth!…read more Robb's Music in Boulder recommended I talk with Wind Over the Earth for some midi piano software. I didn't know what was out on the market since I normally only play a real piano. Virtual instruments are new to me. WOTE took time to research options for me, spent heaps of time with me on the phone. Didn't have any of it in stock. I ended up getting a software solution online due to the pressing need to install the software for a performance two days away, I also needed a midi interface. They let me borrow a kit for my performance, ordered me a kit to purchase when it comes in, and they even made sure the loaner worked with my MacBook, the software and keyboard. Amazing patience, customer service and experience. Thank you WOTE! I've shopped at Guitar Center in the past and have had horrible service. I will never shop at Guitar Center or those hokey, amateurish places ever again. And thank you to Robb's Music for being cool enough to recommend a competitor when you couldn't answer my questions ... I am still a loyal customer to you, too!
