She did not promise me they would all be gone, and went into some detail about what the treatment could and could not do. Her honesty and caution were the biggest reasons I went with Skinpossible, after consulting with 3 other skin care salons whose promises seemed over the top. . However, after having received 4 out of 5 treatments, I have to say that it has been a total waste of $2000. There was a very slight improvement after the first treatment but absolutely nothing noticeable after the subsequent three. The fact that my skin is over 60 is certainly a significant factor, but I have serious doubts that even a younger person would have had good results with this treatment. If your budget doesn't matter to you, go ahead. But best to head into something like this realistically.

I have visited some doctors for many many years. If they don't have all the answers, at least they try their best. I am generally happy with the doctors. The cosmetic business is for people who want better look skins. They have all major modern lab machines and do Botox, fillers, IPL etc. My main complaint for the cosmetic based on a few visits of mine, is that almost each time, they make you wait at least half an hour in the scheduled time slot, poor logistics and appointment management.

She did no clinical examination on her skin on her body and just used a needle to "remove" these small lesions without examination, there were 6 small lesions ...after 4 lesions she stopped and asked her to make a new appointment for the following month!!! An old gentleman was in the same case, he explained to the secretary that he was walking very badly, that he had already spent $30 to come and another $30 for the return and that he could not come back in a month to remove a small lesion that could have been removed at the same time. No empathy from the secretary: come back in July... It's no medicine, it's business with only the cash drawer... a shame. And besides I'm not sure if this doctor has the specialty in dermatology she's MBChB and LMCC!!!!!

Not long after the injections, my face reacted very badly. The swelling was extreme and it didn't feel like a normal reaction. It was scary. I was stressed and genuinely worried about what had been injected into me. When I reached out for answers and support, I did not receive clear explanations. Now they are not replying to my messages at all. Being ignored after something like this makes the situation even worse. Cosmetic procedures require honesty and transparency. You are literally trusting someone with your face and your health. I walked in feeling confident and left feeling unsafe and completely let down. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and really care about the work they are doing. The location isn't the most convenient for me and a lot of the appointments aren't covered by insurance so that's something to consider for sure when coming in so you can appropriately plan for treatments but they are transparent about the costs and can help work out scheduling to accommodate for upcoming costs which I appreciate. They also have free parking in the plaza which is nice and lots of other businesses close by if you need to grab a coffee before.

This is all after spending thousands of dollars in the clinic over the span of several years (i.e. 5+ years). I guess this is their way of treating customers that express dissatisfaction. They were great when they first started out in Calgary but over the years they quality of service has dropped significantly. I was left with scar on the right side of face after botox. When I complained about it and expressed disappointment they said I was no longer welcome in the clinic. These types of clinics are a dime a dozen. If they continue to treat customers this way they won't be around in a year -good riddance.
