I asked them to order a Dexa scan for bone density and body composition. They only ordered the bone density. When I called them to order the compositon, they gave the wrong insurance code. I was on the phone with Christus for 4-5 calls to get the body composition set up. I fired them. But then when my Christus chart said I needed to call them for results, they refused to address the scan with me. They didn't send me the result or say they didn't have them. I would not recommend this group for medical issues. They may have other services you want, but those are usually over and above your monthly charge. So not worth the money.

My 3rd appointment, I did not receive a link prior to the appointment time or at the appointment time. Had to look around for a number to call. When I spoke to the receptionist, she assured me she would contact the provider and the provider would reach out to either send a link or reschedule. I asked would the reschedule cost additional and was told there would not be any additional charge. 6 1/2 hours later, lady from the office called to let me know it would be an additional charge of $25 for a reschedule. Completely unfriendly and unprofessional. Glossing over the fact that the link was not sent well after my appointment time and telling me I refused to take responsibility for the fact I did not reach out until 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment. She became angry and combative when I question why I would be responsible for the provider sending the link after the appointment time and I had to scramble around trying to find the link and a number to call because I didn't have the link. Yes, it took 15 minutes. Due to the fact they pre charge the client, there is no incentive to ensure the client receives service. So, I'm now out of pocket for $99 and no service. There are many other places that provides the same service without the unprofessional attitude.
