I was already in tears, his exam caused me to wince in pain, he immediately said "I see this all the time and there is no way you could be in that much pain." Smirkingly he asked me "why did you even come here, what do you want?" I just wanted relief. He told me to wear a boot and take an anti inflammatory. I agreed, as I went to get up, he says, "what's wrong, you don't seem satisfied with my recommendations." I disagreed through tears of humiliation by the way he spoke to me in such a demeaning manner, apologizing for wasting his time. Now others in the clinic were aware of his increasingly boisterous behavior. when the exam room door was opened he proceeded to announce that "he just wasn't sure if I had some kind of mental issues or something causing my exaggeration of the pain." Working in the medical field for almost 20 years and I've never been more embarrassed by a physicians behavior

I made an appointment for my Elderly father, he's 87 and on a walker…read more He is a past patient of Dr. Kindle at this clinic in 2022. We had an appointment for 3:30 P.M. today. Due to his health condition, we made multiple Dr.'s appointments the same day. We had an appointment with another Dr. that caused us to be 10 mins late to this appointment. When I realized we would be late, I called the office to see if it was ok to still come; the office rep said " yes", no problem. We arrived at 3:40 P.M., checked in and completed the documents we were given, and we waited and waited and waited. At 4:30, the office rep came to us to tell us and said he had "bad news", the doctor had left!!! We asked about the other doctor. He said both doctors had left. It took so much effort for my father to get there with his mobility limitations, and he just let us sit there with no communication, even though I called ahead of time and ask if it was ok. He said it was partly his fault because he forgot to push a button to let the doctor know how long we've been waiting. So there was no consideration or care for an elderly gentleman. It's not like we were invisible; we were sitting in the front lobby.
