After shopping around, I decided to accept their quote. The estimator returned and we signed the paperwork. I paid the full amount up front in an effort to expedite the project. This was on July 12, 2021. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks before work would be done. July comes and goes. Early September, I call to get a status update. No one answers; straight to voicemail. No one returns my call. I call again on September 10th. No one answers; straight to voicemail. I do get a callback from the office secretary, though, telling me I was "on the schedule" for the following week, but couldn't provide an exact date and would let me know. Next week comes and goes; no one calls me and no one shows up to do the work. I let 2 weeks go by and call again in late September. No one answers; straight to voicemail. I threaten them by saying I'm going to their office to either collect a check or get an exact date someone's going to show up and fulfill their obligation. No one returns my call. I decide to call their Mobile branch on Friday, October 1st, as a last ditch effort before I go to the Daphne branch to make their day very bad. A woman named Deedee answers; I tell her my story. She apologizes profusely and says she'll inform the owner. I give my phone number so the owner or *someone...ANYONE* will call me back. No one does. However, I finally receive my refund in the form of a check in the mail on October 5th. Alliance Roofing wasted 3 months of my time (on a very simple little project, it's 2 small little metal roofs for God's sake), stiff-armed nearly all my calls, reneged on their contract, and their owner and actual contractors had the guts of a cat in a bathtub; instead of calling me or facing me directly like men, they let their secretaries bare the brunt of my anger and frustration. Gutless, spineless cowards. Go with any other roofing company in this area. 4U Roofing did my home roof and took less than a week from the time we signed the contract to them finishing the job. Alliance is pure trash and I'd say it straight to their faces if you could ever find one of their estimators or contractors. Avoid this company like the plague. They found some issues that added several extra thousand on and I accepted their work with a 30 year warranty. 5 months after the roof being replaced I had an inspection done to sell the property. The inspection came back that the roof wasn't properly sealed and need to corrections in several areas. I emailed them, called them and left voicemails asking them to help resolve this issue. They IGNORED me. Never received one follow-up after asking them to look into their work. I ended up having to repay again to fix their work to close on the property. Highly suggest avoiding them. Communication is solid until they take your money, work proved to be subpar after inspection.

One of their workers admitted the wrong shinglesx were used on our flashing? EZ Roof kept blaming our house: poor siding or windows. But we lived here 4 years before their new roof with not one leak ever. We paid a lot of money for painters to come repaint and Caulk everything possible. It helped but something was not installed correctly for almost all of our dormers to leak.
