The receptionist was so sweet and kind booking my appointment and helped me figure out if my insurance would cover everything which it did! When I arrived I filled out some paperwork and then saw the dentist for a quick chat to discuss what was going on. Then I was brought into the surgery room by the dental assistant to get ready. The dentist came in and put the IV in for the sedation and he said "I'm just giving you something to relax you" and then I woke up and it was done! I was a little woozy so I was put into a darkened room to wake up fully with a blanket. The secretary called me the next day to see how I was even! so kind. I was very impressed with this clinic. The dentist even gives out his cell phone number in case you need him after hours. I've never had any doctor do that! I had very little bleeding and very little pain. It was by far the best experience I've had at a dentist and I would recommend Dr. Kang to anyone.

When I checked in for my consult appointment I was given literature (which I liked) which outlined all things wisdom teeth related. Dr. Bellamy checked my teeth and went over all the risks of leaving wisdom teeth in and taking the out, the risks of surgery. I found him to be very reassuring. When I checked in for surgery I was nervous about being sedated, however the anthesiologist was also very reassuring; I was comfortable enough to joke with the doctors and nurses in the surgical room up until I was knocked out. My recovery has been great, I was given very good instructions and surgery was great! I also received a call the same to day to check how I was doing. If you are going to dental surgery for wisdom teeth I strong recommend Dr. Bellamy!

However, I recently had a reason for needing some oral surgery, and my dentist referred me do Dr. Brar's office. And I am glad about that. First of all, Dr. Brar must be good at hiring people, or have somebody helping him do that. Everybody I've been in contact with are great to work with, and makes me feel relaxed. Or as relaxed as you van feel at a dental surgeon. On top of that, Dr. Brar himself is a great dentist. He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficien, and have a great "bedside manner". My toot extraction took about 15 minutes, and apart from the sounds you hear when a tooth is pulled out of your upper jaw, there was no pain, no discomfort. Nothing. If I ever need oral surgery again, this is where I'll go, and I would recommend Dr. Brar to anybody needing it.

John didn't push any work and let me make the decisions about my teeth that worked for me. He was very vocal about what he was doing and what I was to expect during the whole process. He did a bunch of work in one visit and fixed the rest on my next. I am so grateful because my past experiences with dentists were terrible. I have overcrowding and he didn't push braces on me or anything. It was nice because I don't want braces, I know my teeth aren't straight and I like them. He's the first dentist to not even suggest them. I love the art on the wall and the Sinatra on the radio. It helped calmed my nerves. I will definitely be returning for cleanings. He fixed everything in my mouth in 2 visits! My other dentist would only do one thing at a time and the wait list was months. So, I'm very surprised that he helped me so quickly and now my mouth feels amazing.

Due to an unfortunate diagnosis of cancer I was told that if I was going to have any dental work done I need to have it done fast. The staff did an amazing job and got me in quickly and what I thought would be a quick screening/ x-ray process only....he had my teeth cleaned x-rayed and 4 fillings done all in one session with no pain or discomfort. The following week I was scheduled have one tooth extracted before I started my radiation sessions. Other than the ten 10-15 minutes it took to have the novocaine set in, from the time he started working on my tooth until it was pulled was probably less than a minute and again absolutely no pain or discomfort. Dr Elena removed an additional two fillings he had as she told us they had fused together. She also put on the temporary crown. A couple days later my husband was complaining the two teeth w were very sharp- and were aggravating his tongue. When he showed me his tongue there was a puncture wound and blood caused by the sharp teeth. He called asking if they could help him and file them down but asked to do so before his appointment on September 12, they were able to do so, but told him because his teeth were so thin they couldn't grind them down much. A week later his tongue became very infected. When I called and explained the situation doctor Elena laughed at me. That's when I became frustrated and explained it wasn't funny as my husband hadn't eaten in two days. She then told me I was a joke to call on my husbands behalf- and she would only speak to him. I told her he was at home but I would get him to call. I then asked to speak to a manager about the way she was rude. She began speaking to the manager while I could hear- saying I was unreliable, and didn't know what I was talking about. She then told me she wouldn't talk to an idiot and then hung up. I had my husband call and she told me he needed to "shut up and let me talk" and then told him to call back in 30 minutes if he could realize she wasn't god then he could call back. They have charged us almost $300 for the crown and refuse to refund us since we are not comfortable having them put his crown in after the service

Also, customer service wise .. oh boy it changed a lot to the worst! It's like day and night. I understand the covid-19 has affected everybody. But they don't do follow ups like before. If you don't take the bull by the horn and call them and try to set things straight .. they don't care anymore. I did my scan (for the millionth time) .. they issued new trays in February (we are technically July). It was a nightmare to try to find a date that will work for me and them to come and simply stick those trays in my mouth. I have asked many months ago to send them to my place like they did once before. They refused. And 3 months later ... after i started to lose my patience (today: they decided to send them - and they tried to tell me that i am responsible if things don't go right: what a nice way to blame the client for your own wrong doings). They could of sent it months ago and not lose 5months and have my teeth crooked again. Since Doctor Sophie left, i find that things are not the same. Patsy was always the best and she is still the best. But unfortunately i keep asking to talk to her and deal with her but apparently she can't do anything. honestly: i wish i never started my Invisalign in this clinic. Plenty of clinic offering same products downtown vancouver... i didn't need to commute to Langley (70Km each way every-time i have an appointment - which usually last 10min).
