We have both business and home networking in our home, and the biggest difference between them is the high-stakes panic if the business network suffers a glitch or an outage. Working with Josh and Sean, or in my case, watching Josh and Sean work is a Master Class in technical knowledge, attention to detail, and customer support. The first time we met, and I showed them "the closet" that housed all the modems, routers, and switches that fed the various locations around the house, Sean looked at the embarrassingly messy nest of cables, thought for all of 30 seconds, he pulled one of the cables from one ports on a switch and put it in a different port. Yellow lights turned Green, and he explained why. The rest of the first visit was a lot like that. So, these are the guys you want supporting your home or business, regardless of the size, whether in-person or remotely with their Managed Services. They're current on all the tech, all the protection systems keeping you and your business as safe from malware or attacks as possible, and don't forget the back-up systems, because it's just stupid these days to ignore the need for them. Their installations are clean, and make sense when you look at them. Finally, they're both Prime human beings. Personable, fair, compassionate, with and a pretty good sense of humor between them. You can't do better than them.

Jason also helped us solve an ongoing issue with our internet service provider by identifying and helping to correct an issue with our internet speeds. We hired him to install a hardwired network in our home, install speakers, and replace wiring. The cost seemed excessive for the work performed--much of it consisted of simply taping new wires to old ones and pulling them through the walls, which appeared to be a very basic job. For the CAT5 installation appointments, he canceled multiple times for various reasons, including not having the correct wiring or supplies, medical issues, and confusion about the scheduled day. He was also never clear about his start time, which made scheduling very frustrating. We also had him replace an old cable box in a closet with a larger one. The work was poorly done. While some drywall damage might be expected, the box itself was not secured properly, and all the wiring was placed behind it in a disorganized manner. Later, when we contacted our cable company for an unrelated issue, we discovered that our home already had CAT5 wiring installed. We were unaware of this at the time. Either he knew this and chose not to tell us, or he didn't recognize existing wiring--neither option reflects well on his professionalism or competence. We ultimately saved thousands of dollars by hiring another company that simply tested the existing wires and added wall ports. Overall, the experience was a complete waste of time and money. I would never trust this company to do work in my home again. At best, the service was incompetent; at worst, it felt dishonest.

I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.
