Samantha is the best! I have an embarrassing adult acne issue and without judgement, Samantha welcomed me into her cozy and serene studio and got straight to work on my face. She gathered tons of info from me on my skin care regimen and the products I'm using and immediately figured out the issue. She is all about simplicity and is not the in business of trying to push all these different products on you. Within days my acne cleared up and I can honestly say my skin hasn't looked this good all year! It's still a work in progress but I'll definitely be going back to Samantha. read more

My first experience with Sam was today and it was SO awesome. - The location is amazing. - Tons of parking. - Really Nice decor and ambiance as soon as you get there. It's in studio M which you have to find upstairs if it's your first time. Then you'll never forget! - She is super knowledgeable and straight forward. - Although younger than I expected, she had zero immature energy and I was SO relieved haha not that I'm old but I do like experience. What I loved the most about my experience today was that she was so calm throughout the whole thing. Never ever pushing any product, not forcing me to do one thing or another. I didn't feel "sold" on anything at all. I felt like I was hanging out with a family member that did this for a living. She is very honest and good at her job. And there was a huge perk, a reallllly nice shoulder massage while waiting for the product to do its "thang." I would totally recommend her and feel very lucky to have found her. Phew! It takes a village and you definitely want her on your team! read more

My skin and I always enjoy our visit! She really cares about your skin and I always feel like she customizes my visits for the needs of my skin. She won't push products but she will educate you on your skin and help teach you to take care of it. Not to mention I always walk out glowing! My skin has never been happier since I've been seeing Samantha. I highly recommend Ethereal! Thank you so much for taking care of my face read more

My first nano treatment with Sam was great. She's very knowledgeable and helpful of what I should do and don'ts. Also she gave me some tips how to keep my face hydrated. She's very thorough and gentle. Shes also very flexible with scheduling an appointment which I really appreciate it. The ambience of the room was very relaxing during the treatment I felt very calm and relax. I highly recommend this spa. The facial treatment was worth it and affordable. read more

I did my first nano treatment with Samantha and she was so great! I really appreciated all her follow up and advice during the healing process the following week. I had never done something like this so didn't know what to expect. The next day my face and neck still had a burning/itching sensation and then started peeling. After a week of peeling my dark spotty pigmentation had mostly come off and new skin is smooth in texture. My scarring spots are also lighter and smoother. Will be going back for second treatment soon - she recommends doing the nano in a series for most benefit. I also really appreciated her recommending new moisturizers, sunscreen, and cleansers that are natural and my skin seems to like better. I don't think I will be wearing makeup much anymore! See photo captions of before/after/during treatment below. read more

Best organic skin care facial I have ever had, and Sam was very knowledgeable about the organic product line she uses. Sam also took the time to help me make a daily skincare regimen, and she made it easy-- she had skinceticals on hand and I was able to purchase that same day! Love her and the cozy atmosphere she has made for her clients! read more

I got my first nano treatment with Sam and I cannot wait for my next! I always do a ton of research before trying something or someone new and it paid off. My skin already looks 10x better. -She is extremely knowledgeable - Takes her time to explain the process, evaluate your skin, your current skin care as well as explain the reason for certain skin woes all while offering solutions - She understands the need to slowly switch up or add to your skin care routine and does not push unnecessary products. - Prices are great -She followed up with me to make sure I understood what steps I needed to be taking to optimize my results read more

I recently had my first experience with Sami and have to say it was incredible! She far exceeds your expectations! Having a medical background, I had so many questions for her, it was clear from her recommendations that she has done the research! She is incredibly professional, but what resonated the most was her mannerisms, she was detail oriented and had a soft touch in all product applications. It was a very personal experience as she asked me questions about my skin, my products and my goals. There was never a sense of "product pushing" but rather an effort to help me find a way for what will work for me. The facial was relaxing, the ambiance was eclectic and the overall end result left my skin radiating with a beautiful natural glow. Looking forward to future consults and making her one of my top recommendations!!!! read more

I'll start of by saying, I am a male and I have to admit I was a bit skeptical going to get a facial. I know that sounds insecure however, I wash my face a few times a day and use quality sunscreen, so I feel like I got it covered. Welp, I was wrong. My sister takes very good care of her skin. She got me a gift certificate here for my b-day. This was not just a facial; It was like a little mini vacation for my face! I got a head massage, full cleaning, and some cool zapper tool that is a little scary but actually feels pretty good. The only part I didn't love was the removal of the black heads on my nose. However, it was dirty and they're all gone...for now! The room is relaxing and Samantha did an excellent job making me feel comfortable. Will recommend, will be back. read more

This was my first facial. Samantha was amazing at explaining each step she was doing, what products she was using, and ways to improve my skin regimen. She was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot that I did not realize about my own skin! She offers some products she uses in her shop, but also is knowledgable about other products. She provided samples for my use and is in NO way pushy for you to purchase her products she has in hand. I will definitely be returning. My face feels amazing afterwards and looks great! read more

It's was my best facial in my life, and I had a lot, really recomend to get a good time and profasionall facial for deep cleaning!!!!!!!

I have been following Samantha's Instagram ethereal_skincare for a few months now. I love her simplistic and natural approach to skin care. After my vacation to Mexico my face was extremely dry and my upper lip was very discolored. I reached out to Sam for help and she was able to book me the next day. I received the Nano Skin Refining Treatment. During my treatment I felt beyond relaxed in her warm, cozy and very welcoming room. She played soft music and ran a diffuser with essential oils. What I loved most was how Sam explained step by step what she was doing and what natural products would help my skin heal. She also gave a great neck massage! This was the first time I have done any treatment like this and she made me feel very comfortable. I only had the treatment done last night and already can see a huge difference in my upper lip and face. I look forward to seeing how my face looks in the next few days and am definitely making my skin a priority in 2019 with Sam! read more

I'm 36 and just had my first facial... and it was Ahh-mazing! I was always worried about getting facials because I have super sensitive skin, but alas, that is a worry no more with Samantha! She was very gentle and talked me through every step of the process. All the products she used smelled really good and the results were even better. After the exfoliants, neck massage and extractions, I left there with skin that was renewed and glowing, with no redness in sight! read more

Sam is absolutely incredible!!! I've been to her only 2 times so far and already see a huge improvement in my skin. The most important thing that makes Sam stand apart from others is her want to be updated on every change of your skin journey! She responds immediately when I ask her questions and she genuinely wants to answer them to teach you how to properly care for your skin. She customizes each facial to your needs, and more importantly educated you how to take care of your skin. I have learned so much about skin from Sam in just the first hour of meeting her in my first 60 minute facial. Now I am doing nano treatment and she is guiding me toward a clear face. Sam treats your skin as if it were hers. I have already referred friends to her and will continue to do so, and even send my family (brothers, sisters, and mom) to her as well! Even if I pay for it, seeing Sam is the most worthwhile investment you can do for yourself. Thank you Sam, I look forward to continuing my journey to a clear face with you. Thank you for your wisdom and for making me feel that I am not alone in this fight against acne. read more
