I was told that they can't address the issue and I need to send an email to lajolla@sevlaser.com, so that they can escalate it to the management. I sent two emails including the picture, but I never received a response. This is unacceptable from a customer service standpoint.

this is my third time coming for microchanneling with Jen and she was amazing every time. I started coming per rec of a friend whos seen wonderful results from LJSS. Jen was super quick but thorough and lets you know what's happening the whole time. What I love best about her and Faith is that they're honest about the products that will work with your skin.
