I would definitely return to Dean and highly recommend him for this type of massage.

Since it was our Anniversary, they allowed us to reschedule without paying the cancellation fee. That was amazing. We booked the forest room. The float itself was wonderful, but the shower after was lukewarm warm for maybe a minute and then just went straight to cold. If this was my first time, that would have deterred me from coming back, but the last time we were in the galaxy room, the shower was amazing (super hot and on top of that.. it was a steam shower). Im sure the forest room shower was just having a one off tonight. I would recommend the galaxy room. Just a tip, there is no mirror or comb in the room to touch up your hair and make up, so consider bringing one.

I came to Groupon to see about finding a new massage therapist to help me my needs for stress and tension relief, especially in my back and shoulders. It was easy to schedule and to find a time that works for my schedule for my 60 minute massage. Michael immediately addressed my concerns and goals for the session. The location is connected with a chiropractic office, but very easy to find and the front desk was very friendly. The room itself was very comfortable and relaxing with a bit of a woodland/mystical theme. It was a very relaxing experience and we talked about recommendations for some of my tension. He had recommended cupping which I had not done in the past but agreed to try. Within a couple hours I can definitely feel a little more relief and look forward to continued results over the next few days. Overall, it was a great experience. My only drawback is that the 60 Minutes went by too fast! Highly recommend and plan to be back!

I have always had an amazing result from Iris after my massage. She listens to her clients needs…read moreand concerns and knows when to put more pressure on and when to put the breaks on a bit due to what your body needs. The atmosphere in her room is comfortable, relaxing and friendly. Her prices are a steal compared to other private massage budinesses and chains. She let's you pick your own music to relax and unwind to, instead of always having soothing music (if you arent into that kind of vibe). Iris also offers aromatherapy during her massage, which is great for that extra stress relief or she uses CBD oil on those who's muscles just won't let up and it offers an chance for her to really get into those muscles and release tension that is so very much needed. Iris is so wonderful and caring to her clients and takes the time to talk to you before the massage to see how you are doing and what should be the main target areas to work on during your massage. She also offers aesthetician services like waxing, brow lifts and tints and facials!!! I would recommend Iris to anyone,be it friends, family, co-workers, etc.

So I waited longer than needed in the parking lot. The paperwork sets very clear boundaries about expectations on your behavior prior to coming to the office and once you get there, i.e. wash your hands. But no where does it state a $1.50 fee for using your flexible spending account charge card to pay. And neither did the therapist mention to me there is a fee to use a credit card. This type of behavior does not build trust. The therapist was not very attentive and did not check in with me to see how I was doing at all while I was getting my treatment. I saw him twice and decided not to see him again. That whole place gave me a weird not friendly customer service vibe. More like a hurry up and get out of here vibe.
