Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. The bounce house was a huge hit, and my son had the best birthday party! Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them for all of our future party rentals. Highly recommend!

The prices are fair, their communication is very clear, and their delivery and pick up is as punctual as it can be. The best lead up and follow through of any of our vendors (some who don't show up until the event's about to begin). I wish we had more times throughout the year where we could bring them business, but our budget is pretty limited as a PTA. Our favorite items to rent include the three or four item inflatable games, the inflatable dry slides, and soccer darts. Bouncy houses are hard with so many kids, so we avoid them. Shout out to Jessica and Alex - the only two I've worked with over the last couple of years. Can't say enough good things!

Three stars because the items we ordered were ultimately delivered, nearly on time, but the process…read moreitself was so difficult! We rented a snow cone machine and 2 tables with chairs. The communication from the company was nearly nonexistent... I had to call, email, and text to add items to our order (all of which went unanswered until a confirmation email was sent.) I was told our items would be delivered between 10:30-11:30am (reservation was at 1:30pm) but they didn't ultimately come until 1:35pm (with minimal updates,) and they didn't pick up on time either. The snow cone machine wasn't as clean as I would have expected and only 11/12 chairs matched. Like I mentioned, we received the items ordered, but if you are hoping for efficient communication and quality rental pieces I would use another company.

I definitely recommend them for anyone needing something reliable. ,clean, setup and take down, this is the best company.

They told me they had some available for me to rent, but that they had a $75 minimum charge to go out. I asked if I could pick up the tables, and they said yes. The employee texted me the location of their warehouse. I told them I would be there in the afternoon. Around 2:30 pm, just as I was about to head to their warehouse, they text me that they would be out for a couple hours. I asked when I could pick the tables up and received no response. I even called, but the call went to voicemail. I never received a response from them. I would normally not write a review for this one-time incident, especially because I appreciated their willingness to rent me tables on such short notice. But when they text me initially, I realized that I had similar situation with this company several years ago, when I tried to rent a bouncer and other equipment (came up in the text history) but was also stood up. This is very unprofessional behavior. I am surprised that they have such high ratings from others because, on two different occasions, I have had a negative experience with them. Perhaps they are selective with who they patronize. I need to remember not to contact them again and take my business elsewhere!
