Later, we discovered the membership was never canceled, and they continued charging the card on file. They claim they can see where my daughter was in the facility at the time she tried to cancel, yet the membership was never closed. The gym also has very limited staffed hours, making it difficult to resolve issues. Now that my daughter has moved to Starkville, they are insisting she return in person--again--to cancel the membership. Very poor customer service and an unfair process.

I practice at core power in Colorado and their hot power flow is similar to the C2 I was used to. This studio is super clean, very welcoming, cozy, and the instructors are great! Each class is challenging but the music playlists are on point. My family lives in Loxley and I plan to drive to Fairhope each day to do a class! If you are on the Eastern shore I highly recommend trying this studio.
