I called recently to try to use it and was told that it had expired in July of 2025. What is alarming to me is that at the time of purchase I was told that the amount wouldn't expire but the service (90 minute massage) is what the expiration date was for. Obviously to protect the owner if they needed to raise prices. Makes sense to me so I purchased it. Now it's worthless. Owner will not even call me back to discuss. Shameful way to run a business.

Inside the relaxing waiting area where we were served a delicious lunch (made personally by Linda), the ambiance and decor were the perfect precursor to the spa treatments. The personal touches Linda did for my friend were greatly appreciated and made her feel special. When Linda came to bring my friend to the massage room for her facial and massage, I looked through the scrapbook that detailed Linda's interesting life as a masseuse to the stars during her many years in the movie industry. She is also an author, and very interesting to converse with. A very gracious lady, indeed. I also went out into the living area to enjoy the artwork, which is diverse and beautiful. When my friend came out she was a limp noodle! "Massage drunk," is how she put it. She couldn't thank me enough for the experience. If you are anywhere near the Fairhope AL area, I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Linda. Next time it's my turn!

My massages here left me in far better condition. She used rollers, deep tissue techniques, and heat. She understood my issues - my sprain, my history of fibromyalgia and torn rotator cuffs. She is obviously incredibly knowledgeable. She could not be more pleasant and professional. She even made an allowance for my need for an evening appointment. I almost didn't come here because there were no reviews but I am sure glad I gave it a shot. Even pulling up, I was second guessing it, bc the location looks like just a house, but again, DONT LET THAT STOP YOU PROS- Technique- 6 stars -not only does he have one of the techniques I've ever experienced, he has multiple techniques in order to cure muscle issues. He is better than 90% of the therapists I've seen and I get regular massages. Experienced- 5 stars- asked him about his experience before he started, and apparently he worked for massage envy for a while and he works at an upscale massage place in orange but is available in this location afternoons and weekends Price- 5 stars - I would have paid twice the price for the relief I got on my shoulder. I actually extended the massage from 60 minutes to 90 minutes because he was so good. Comfort- 5 Stars- Excellent table , clean and very comfortable. I get cold easily, and he put an additional heater on for me. He also adjusted his technique and pressure to make sure I was ok. Also, I must state, as a women, I always rate men on their professionalism, and making sure I don't feel like they are being in appropriate. He always made sure I was more then well covered, and was very appropriate as to where he massaged. Cons- location- 3 Stars. When you pull up there is a very small sign, and the outside looks like a work in progress. If your looking for an upscale spa this is not it, but the service will far exceed anywhere else you will go. Interior - 3.5 Stars. It is just a main room with a desk and a waiting area. and the treatment room is clean, presentable, and very relaxing when he fixes the light & music. This man is building his own private practice, so it seems the aesthetics are a work in progress, but if you understand that, you will get a professional, well priced, STELLAR massage! And he's a really nice guy too! Check it out

As a Retired Special Forces Sailor and CrossFit gym owner and CrossFit Masters Athlete, I have been looking for someone who could understand the damage my body has sustained over my career. Losing my normal therapists from CA has been one of my biggest challenges about moving here. I have used massage paired Chiropractic care to just keep me moving for years. Luckily, my wife found Phenicia. She is one of the best therapist I have found in my life. She is so skilled in so many different techniques and styles of massage. She is very strong and and an athlete herself, so she understands that I just want to keep my body going as long as possible. I wish I could spread the word to all athletes that are struggling with ongoing joint, muscle, or skeletal injuries. She is great at tailoring her treatment for your body and tolerance. My wife who is much smaller than me and has been a competitive dancer most her life She hasn't had the same type of sports related injuries as me, but she also can't stop saying that she is the best massage therapist she has had and she has lived in Los Angeles and New York City with access to some of the best therapist. It's a true gift to be able to treat one person with strength and sports related issues and then be able to create a nice peaceful relaxing experience for the next person with a flawless transition. Just let her know what you need and what you like out of your massage and she will do the work. She can feel the tightness and damage without you even needing to say a word. That gift is something that not all therapist have.
