Now, Josh says I must come in the store tmo in frigid weather to show him my order. He was very rude and said goodbye as I was talking. Don't use the Target drive up unless you get out of your car and check your order. Which, of course defeats the purpose of using the drive up. Terrible treatment. I've learned my lesson.

Now that I finally did, it was so awesome and convenient. It's right in the Danbury Fair, having access both from the outside on its own or right through the inside of the mall. So whether you need to come straight to Target or you stop by as you're shopping in the mall, it's a great new addition to the Danbury Fair. The layout for some reason takes a second to get used to and everything feels a tad bit off but it's totally fine. They do seem to have a bit more selection of things and the fitting rooms are super chill and easy to access. They do have a random 3 garment max to try on? Restrooms are HORRENDOUS but that's truthfully not necessarily fully on the staff but the customers that love to trash places. Either way, if you don't have to, don't go lol. Other than that, great new Target located right next to Primark. From the mall inside entrance it's right by the Five Below.

That was about $875 savings as the sectional listed at $3499 in May of 2025. There was an issue with delivery as I was told by Raymour and Flanagan one of the pieces arrived ripped at their warehouse from the manufacturer H&M Furniture. That added about another month to the delivery as I told them to hold the other 3 pieces until the 4th one was replaced. The sectional is beautiful and was ordered in the teal/beige combo. The constructions seems very solid and the sectional is firm. It is very comfortable either sitting or lying down. So far I am happy with the purchase.

I decided I needed to see it in person first, so a quick visit to this store was in order. I found my couch on the display floor, and the customer service rep, Alysha, came right over. I told her that I was this online, wanted to see it in person first, and she gave me space to go over it, and try it out. It was perfect. Writing up the sale took no time. I received a 'care kit' and opted for the 5-year goof-proof warranty and white-glove delivery. The estimated date for delivery was a month away, since this was a new product, but that would be true from many stores. Friendly service, no hard upsell, everything was explained. However, the wait for delivery was longer than expected, which was due to backups in the receiving port (which affected several items I had ordered in the past few months--stupid pandemic). White glove delivery was on time, and quick. On the downside, the Bob's Cafe was closed, but Alysha did make the suggestion that when it reopens, we come back and have a cup of coffee. I spent $1500 for a grey Luxe Power Recliner including the cost for the Goof Proof Plan, etc. Of course, the cheaply constructed chair broke! The mechanism bent and warped so badly it hurt my back. The warped mechanism broke the plastic coupling on the power cord. I was afraid of receiving an electric shock when the wiring snapped. I was worried that this electric chair would provide the actual experience of being electrocuted! This chair is wonderful if you like pain. I reluctantly returned to this terrible store. With the voucher I received from GoofProof, I paid $1447 for a new "Hercules" chair, including the costs for a new GoofProof Plan, delivery, taxes, etc. Bob's Discount Furniture Store never delivered the chair. Recently, I returned to the store to inquire about the delivery of my chair. Stacey, the store manager, told me no Hercules chairs existed anywhere in the world including the one I was staring at in the showroom! I politely asked for a full refund. Stacey refused to issue a full refund or deliver a chair. Then, she abruptly stormed off in a huff. Another meek store salesman approached me. He told me to get out of the store or he would call the police! I left that awful store. I am warning all of you. Do not shop here! You will regret it. My back is still killing me. I recently brought a few items from here that I was disappointed with. there was a salon chair…read moremissing screws to the foot part(didn't make a big deal about), a rolling stool that had rust on the metal part but the seat covered it so I didn't make a big deal, However I recently called ahead of time to make sure an advertised facial steamer was working because it was titled gently used. The worker stated it was plugged in and had heated up quick. This turned out to be far from the truth. the parts were rusted and dirty and while the item turns on it doesn't heat up or work. The manager did refund my money however I spent a total of three hours traveling there and back. I can say be careful before going here as you may not get exactly what you pay for.
