My only small complaint is I booked a 1:00 appointment and a walk-in (I am assuming) went long and I didn't get in until 1:30/1:45. I got a semicolon tattoo on my left wrist. Kyle drew it on and adjusted as requested. He did it nice and deep and dark and a week and a half out it is healing nicely. It's very clean and sharp. My friend got hers on her inner upper arm to fill in between tattoos. She got a semicolon as well but with a more rugged/rough feel to it an hers is very nice, clean and to her specifications. He only charged us the shop minimum for the tattoos and I found it very reasonable. Kyle was very clean, professional and accommodating. He is chatty as all get out, hilarious and random. I would recommend him to friends. Overall very happy and satisfied with the work. **Bonus Info: Kyle was on Season 3 (I think) of Ink Master. He tells funny stories about it, and it's pretty cool to say I have a tattoo from an Ink Master tattoo artist. My friend fan-girled out when she found out!***

My concern of symmetry on an aging face was accepted and accounted for. She's professional, kind and great with communication during the process. I didn't know what to expect using a tattoo gun but it was so much better than the scratching of the microblades I had before. My brows are great. I'm due for a touch up in two weeks. The shop was clean and everyone I met there was friendly, not like most shops where artists seem too busy to even say hi to you.
